Today was my third time going to the Cheese Ranch and after three amazing meals it was time for a review. The first time I had the fondue. The second time was for "Parm & pasta" & today I stumbled in after a long hike. I had the Frenchy sandwich. I've had many ham/brie/fig jam sandwiches and this was absolutely the best. It was deliciously messy like a good juicy cheeseburger with just the right amount of each ingredient. I had planned to buy some cheese on the way out, but I was in such bliss that I forgot.

Love this place and the owner Rich! Get yourself a Dagwood any way you want it, for me, it's a hoagie, with his own smoked pastrami, Italian chorizo, and turkey with havarti and all the trimmings. Rich has a great selection of aged cheeses from around the world, be sure you come in and try it all!

Excellent local sandwich place! Rich is the owner, who took our order and made the food. Super friendly and awesome owner, who also gave our dog a few cheese pieces. Highly recommend broccoli gnocchi soup, the richmich sandwhich and the veg sandwich!

Stopped here for the first time with 5 others. All 6 of our sandwiches were perfectly made and so delish. We brought home some cheese, salsa, crackers and other goodies to try later. Cute place, great service and a menu that will make everyone happy! Definitely worth a visit. Highly recommended.

Stumbled across this place while running afternoon errands. I am extremely particular about pastrami sandwiches- like if it's not Katz Deli in NYC then I don't bother- but I was pleasantly surprised by how good this pastrami sandwich was. Will return without a doubt.

Great little specialty sandwich & charcuterie shop just on the edge of downtown. Love coming here for a delicious bite where I can avoid the crowds. Love the Yard Bird and RichWich, but don’t forget to ask for the (breadless) fried curds!

My special someone lives in Golden and I live in another state, but wanted to do something really nice for their birthday. A certain charcuterie company is currently blasting social media with advertisements. When I checked out their website, I gagged at their prices! Out of my budget, I thought my idea wouldn't. Then I thought, hmm, maybe I can find a cheese shop in Golden that could do a local delivery. I am all about shopping small and local and lo and behold, the Cheese Ranch appeared in my search! Looking at their beautiful menu I decided they were getting my money if they could or would be able to deliver to my special someone. I easily inquired through their website form and had a response email very early the next morning. Yes, they would do a delivery for my special person. I was delighted. We managed business right over the phone the same day. Rich, thanks for your great customer service. You are thoughtful and had great suggestions. Quick, efficient, and open to an unusual request; 5 stars.This post will get updated next week with a food review. I am sure my someone is going to love everything.

These sandwiches are delicious, especially the Prime Rib sandwich. Great for a lunch stop, hang out in the covered outdoor seating. Or, peruse their great selection of cheeses as well.
