Honestly this is no shade, I'm leaving this review cuz I hope y'all get better and I hope it helps you understand. Most stressful ordering experience and like I just wanted a sandwich. I got yelled at walking in because the store was packed. Just walking in. Then I'm in line getting yelled at to "squeeze in" when there's 3 inches between me and the person in front of me. It's just unpleasant and I almost just left and went somewhere else. Sandwich was ok but what's with the attitude and the bad vibes?

Skip if you have food allergies. I’m giving a low rating because of how I was treated when I asked about ingredients in the sandwich meat. My son has an anaphylactic allergy to celery, which is a preservative in many meats. When I asked the manager for an ingredient list, he told me “we don’t have one and neither does any other deli.” In actuality, we eat at delis all the time and most keep a list or can check packaging. Jersey Mike’s is a great example.So I’m not upset that we couldn’t be accommodated, but in the rude way we were treated. He made no effort to find the information. We were with our soccer team, and so my son was excluded from his friends. The employee could have had a little more understanding.

You cannot go to Golden without stopping at D'Deli. Some of the best and innovative sandwiches in the Denver area. There is something on this menu for everyone! The staff are always incredible and the food is always great.

Delicious sandwich, there are so many options to choose from. Buffalo, elk, regular sandwich meats, then a lot of different toppings to choose from. It is a quick turnaround time to get your sandwich and it is right off the strip so a great view of golden too.

Every sandwich from D'deli is a culinary masterpiece. It is also a wonderful experience to order from the shop. There's something about the efficiency and energy of the shop that's so wonderful. I am so grateful to the D'deli staff and can't wait until I get to make another trip!

We’re from Orlando, first time visitors to Golden, and we were walking along Washington when we saw their sign out front for the special, which was the “Fungus Among Us.” It had roast beef soaked in au jus, mushrooms, truffle aioli, spinach, tomato and cheese on a panini and we had an outstanding experience front to end. Not only was the sandwich delicious, but the service was excellent. Both employees were very welcoming, efficient and they even gifted us a brownie! Which was also heavenly. We were so happy we found them! Wish we were staying longer to have a few more sandwiches!

I'm sure all the other reviews repeat what I would say here beyond these five words: Try it-you'll love it!!! Whenever I go to Golden, this is my go to place. This place brings a whole new meaning to the word sandwich. Every menu item starts with fresh and high-quality ingredients and must end with the secret ingredient of every great cook- TLC! I got hungry again now just thinking of the many great items I've had at D' Deli. I'm planning now on driving there tomorrow to satisfy my craving! The fact I live 25 miles from Golden tells you how great this place is!!!!

Still hands down THE best place for a sandwich in the entire state! Amazing food, Phenomenal staff (shoutout to Oshea) and great little seating area inside and outside, with great decor. I take all my friends here for their first time! Highly recommended!
I had high hopes for this well located sandwich shop. It is a tiny place, so plan on a to-go order; so not optimal when it is bitter cold outside. The staff were pretty friendly, but our sandwiches were far below par. The ingredients were nothing special, and it is a rarity I ever leave remnants of a sandwich on the table - much of it went in the trash. If in a pinch I may give it another shot, perhaps my choice was poor (I had The Heater), but for now, might be worth a pass.
