Our normal Saturday AM coffee shop was closed, so we tried out Gold Mine. I ordered an iced caramel macchiato and it was delicious, despite being hot and not having any caramel in it. I was close to home and went and added some ice(we use plastic ice cubes). The drink was espresso forward and not milky. My wife was bummed as we had to go to another shop to get a mocha for her, but we will return to give this little spot another shot!

This hidden gem of a coffee shop is inside the Morris and Mae food hall. While working next door, I went maybe twice a week. Their coffee is solid and so are their cupcakes. Everyone is super friendly which is great! The vibe is casual as you can sit anywhere around the food hall. Pictured: ice latte with oat milk
