Took my mother in law here while she was in town and was very disappointed by the terrible service. Our waiter was very rude and didn't check in on us once after we had gotten our food. I also found a hair in my entree which was very unappealing. I have dined here in the past and loved it but sadly will not be returning.

We dined here for lunch on a weekday and had a wonderful experience. Our server was very attentive and friendly and made some helpful recommendations. We enjoyed our wine, salad and bread, and entrees very much and will definitely return if we are ever in the area again. The chicken gnocchi and Ahi tuna steak were both fabulous. We highly recommend this restaurant!!

This is my husband and my favorite date night happy hour spot. We've always had quick and great service. The muscles and sliders on the happy hour list are so good, they're our go to. We always end up with nicely mixed martinis and satisfied stomachs.

First time here at this restaurant. Thought we would try for Valentines day. Staff was very nice service was good food was only average. Was warned ahead of time that the one in Highlands Ranch had closed for a reason. good people here

I like the wine selection. We went on Valentine's Day and were looking forward to the regular Tapa menu but instead had a fixed menu. It was ok, but we would have preferred the Tapas. We enjoyed wine flights and the service was friendly and attentive.
My wife and I make a reservation for a light dinner on Valentine's day based on the Happy Hour menu posted on the restaurant website. That website indicated that Happy Hour was available 7 days a week. At arriving at the restaurant, we noticed a specials board listing entrees in the reception area. We were seated promptly but given a special Valentines Day menu. I asked for the Happy Hour menu but was told that they were only providing entrees from the Valentine's Day menu. I spoke with the manager who confirmed that the Happy Hour menu was not available and she acknowledged that there was no notice of this restriction posted on their website. I asked about the specials board posted in the reception area and she also said those were not available. This was a very poor notification to customers regarding restrictions to the menu for that evening. While the manager offered a discount, we did not want a full 3-course meal. This absolutely ruined our Valentines celebration as other restaurants were booked.

Visiting from Jersey. Was touring the town, stopped for happy hour. Device and did is incredible.
I wish this place could get their customer service fixed. I stood at the door for 10 minutes before anyone said hello. I saw many people who work there but no one acknowledged me. A hello. Someone will be right with you is all that is required. Seriously. Hi. Customer service. It's basic stuff. A smile. It's your job. There is no joy in these workers. Makes me wonder if management cares. Food was ok. Our server was ok. But at the prices they charge, kinda feel like service should be plus. Service at a fast food place shouldn't be better than at a higher end wine spot. Just sayin.
