The food is good but I don’t like this store. I order here every week (or try to) for the past year and I won’t be any longer. They close at 9 and I usually call between 8- 8 30 and they refuse to drive 3 min. They frequently don’t have a driver, and they forget drinks all the time. When they don’t want to deliver (basically at 8 30) they shut down the ability to order on the website. I was a manager and delivery driver for Jimmy Johns for 4 years. We always delivered up until closing time and we always had drivers. Once the store manager was driving because we were short. This location is just plain lazy.

We have always liked jimmy johns but the attitude of the person that took our order was rude and totally unfriendly. We got there at 8:10PM on a Friday night they close at 9. They had already put everything away and were doing the cleanup work we thought they were closing. He gave us the impression that we were intruding and annoying him. He was nothing but extremely rude and unfriendlyl. We spent $30 for sandwiches and were treated like dirt on his show. If I was the manager I would be appalled that my employees treat customers this way. I Don’t think that I will ever visit the Golden location again the one in Lakewood on Alameda, and the one at Belmar are both very nice and the employees are very friendly. Very very disappointed with this location and the employees. Even the guy that made the sandwich wasn’t friendly not as bad as the one that took the order but still doesn’t understand what customer service is.This is very unfortunate, because we are golden residence and like to patronize businesses in Golden. I would suggest that the manager give a hard look at their employees.

I walked in and there was one employee behind the counter and one sitting in the lobby on their phone (they may have been on break, but they also offered to help as soon as I walked in). This is the third time I have been to this location on a Saturday at 6PM and they have been out of bread. It's a sandwich shop, how are you out of bread? My friends were able to get a sandwich, but I couldn't. Then my friend had to ask for a refund because the coke machine wasn't working. No bread. No beverages. Don't waste your time or money unless you like to be disappointed.

We waited almost 15 minutes in line just to order (and there were other people in the line in front of us waiting even longer). There was only one employee and she was busy on the phone trying to take a phone order for the following day. Personally, if it was me, I would’ve asked the person on the phone to hold for just a minute to take care of the people waiting in line. Especially since it was an order for the following day. Eventually, we got tired of waiting, and we walked out.

Just waited for 15 minutes trying to order. There was only 1 employee working and they were taking a 10-15 minute delayed phone order. Kept think they would finish and take our order, but no such luck. We walked out! This has happened a few times at this location.

I was 1.5 miles from the store in Golden, but out of delivery area? Ordered online for in store pickup, 35 minutes later and no update on jj app. Drove down anyway after that long told them my order. Only one guy working, another guy standing around leaning against counter..Sat for another 15 minutes and I was given someone else's order. 1 hour later finally got it. Freaky slow.

went in at around 8:30 pm on the fourth. I knew a lot of other places were closing but I was VERY hungry and thought I’d try out Jimmy Johns. When I walked in, the man behind the counter was closing, I felt bad because as someone who works a job in food as well, I know how annoying it is when people come in for food while closing. But the guy behind the counter insisted that he still make my my sandwich. I reluctantly ordered, and he happily made my sandwich. AMAZING employee, AMAZING guy, and more of what we need to see around here. IF YOU SEE THIS, give him a raise!!!!

This is my regular pit-stop off the Clear Creek bike trail, I've always had a good experience.I just visited on a busy summer Saturday at 12:30pm. I waited in line for one minute and my sandwich was ready before I walked over and filled my fountain drink.
It was my dad's birthday and funny enough they forgot his sandwich overall the food was good ?? you could tell there were a bunch teenagers training and I get that but out of all the sandwiches why my dad's?I wasn't even hungry

Jimmy John’s is fine as a whole, but this location can not live by the freaky fast promise. Service is always slow - even when there are no other customers inside. During my visit this afternoon, one of the workers was on the phone, troubleshooting an order, which is understandable. Gotta take care of business. However, there was a second employee whom I guess was simply observing. Either way - good sandwiches, but prepare to wait a little extra than usual at this location.

I love their food, extras free and so fresh everytime. I especially like the caprese sandwich, but my secret is warming it up after I get it home... it's so addicting. Staff is always fast and super kind. The best part is they deliver, who doesn't want a sub sandwhich without having to go get it yourself when watching the game late or relaxing after work. Thanks guys!

Not only are they overpriced here compared to other Jimmy Johns, they’re grossly understaffed and it will take an excessive amount of time to make your order. Plus every sandwich they made was screwed up, and they forgot one of our sandwiches. I got to JJs all over the country on a weekly basis, and this is by far has been to poorest experience. Highly recommend avoiding this one.
