This establishment was one of the most unsatisfactory experiences I’ve ever had. I purchased three cookies, but received only one whole and a half, with another completely broken. When I requested a glass of water, the attendant informed me that they could not provide it, as it was not included in the order. As for the coffee, although I ordered a large portion, the volume served was significantly less than expected for a large cup. Moreover, the lid was not properly secured, resulting in spills on my clothes and in the car. The service was regrettable, highlighting the need for comprehensive improvements.

They pull your car forward for 2 sandwiches and a small fry. In what world is it acceptable to wait like 12-20 minutes for 2 burgers that take less than 5 minutes to cook and prepare?

Always missing something. The prices are ridiculous for fast food. The food served is not hot or visually appealing. You would think they would try since they charge so much. I am done with McDonalds.

This McDonald’s is TERRIBLE. Always old food, never fresh, missing items. Order a shamrock shake can’t even mix the mint into it. LAZY and poorly managed. I’m done with this location.

This store used to be good, the food is decent , the service has become terrible,they have consistently not given me food i ordered, not giving straws, long waits when business is slow and under trained employees who have to constantly wait for help from better trained

I stopped in the drive thru on 12/26/23 .I ordered a breakfast combo meal with decaffeinated coffee.The biscuit on my Bacon Egg and Cheese biscuit was over cooked - too hard around the edges of the biscuit - and my decaf coffee DID NOT have the five creams in it that I clearly requested.I was extremely aggrevated - as I had stopped in for coffee - because I was getting my car tires rotated across the street at Big O.I knew from personal experience that I could not count on the Big O to have their complimentary coffee station appropriately stocked with hot coffee, and creamer.My thinking was to stop at this McDonald's and pay for my own coffee.Sadly, that strategy did not work.I cannot drink coffee without a generous portion of cream - because it upsets my stomach.The large cup of coffee got cold from sitting and not being consumed.I ended up throwing it in the garbage.That was a total waste of my money.Thanks McDonald's for the poor service - NOT!One more time - I learn that you just can't count on some people to do their jobs and do it well!
