Went there yesterday and this location seems to be closed. Their sign on the front of the building has been removed and a paper on the door said CLOSED.

I'd say the food is more like 3 and half stars but our experience that day was worth 4. Now that it's COVID times, we love to see a spacious establishment that's not crazily packed during lunch time. OTB here at the Mills was just that. Our server was so gentle and nice, very attentive too, remembered that I was in a rush and brought out everything speedily. Including the anticipated to go boxes. Had an order of the empanads and at first thought it wasn't as expected, since I'd wanted something more pastry like, than deep-fried. Didn't want to get blisters so I waited till later to taste them. To my surprise, the shell was dough-y but flaky, rather than just plain crispy. And queso and buttery dippers made the fillings taste extra nice. I was ultimately happy with the $10 spent. Also ordered a fajita trio with the add-on of Chipotle Ribs (new item). Yeap, lots of food, just wanted to try everything knowing I'll be taking some home. Loved the fajita veggies, chicken, and shrimp. The steak was tougher and kinda bland. If I had a customization option, I'd switch out the steak for the ribs as the latter was so flavorful. The chipotle sauce wasn't as spicy as expected which was a pleasant surprise and the ribs had a honey glaze that made it fun to eat. Forgot to mention as soon as you're seated, they bring out chips and salsa (on the house). The chips are the biggest I've seen and are pretty good. We were happy with our meal here. Thank you, OTB!

We visited On The Border Mexican Grill on New Year's Eve at Centerra. It was dead. Only two other parties were in the restaurant the entire two hours we were there. Due to this, service was excellent although it took a long time (30+ min) for orders to come out. It looked like 1 person in the kitchen. The menu is a good size and has a lot of options. Overall, flavors were decent. Prices are a little elevated but not extreme. If you want Tex-Mex and are in the area, it's worth a shot. I wouldn't travel for it.

Very very slow and they had maybe 5 tables occupied. Took an hour to get seated and go order. 1 waitress for whole inside & patio. The food was bland & rice was hard for all dishes in our group. Wrong order for children menu item. Will not be back.

Place smelled like urinal. Food was dry and cold. We had to remind our waitress about our drinks after the food was delivered, which was 30 minutes later. I understand they are short staffed but it definitely shows in the quality of the food.

We love this restaurant, but last night’s dinner was disappointing. Chicken fajitas were over cooked and dry and cook must have spilled salt in the rice that was crunchy and the chicken burrito. We understand staff shortages, but after a 45 minute wait, you’d hope food would be delicious. We won’t be back for awhile.

Love the chips and salsa, then it's on to the Ranchiladas. A delicious marinated skirt steak with cheese enchiladas beans and rice. Of course we have to top it off with a frozen peach margarita.

This Tex Mex restaurant used to have great frozen Borderita Grandes, which we were told don't come frozen anymore...bummer. The used to be a place we'd drive 20 minutes to dine, but things seem to have changed...sadly. Still, it is reasonable. Ah, the good old days!

Today I had a bowl of the chicken tortilla soup and it was the absolute worst I have ever had. You should be embarrassed, it was that bad. I was on a first lunch date and didn't want to send it back. I did get a to go dish but promptly tossed it as soon as my date left. To add to the awfulness that was your soup, therwere no tortilla strips served with. No garnish at all. This was the Golden location. My server, however, was very nice. We tipped her very well.

This location always has a low wait time, great drinks and friendly staff. The portions are huge and the food is tasty! The new menu is huge and offers new items such as brisket and chorizo.

My wife and I are in Colorado where my wife is receiving treatment from the top lung hospital in the nation and we decided to stop by this restaurant. We were so excited to see that the hostess, the chefs and most of the waiters were wearing masks since my wife is immunocompromised and having surgery on her airway on Monday. However when we approached the hostess she said - what are you anxious? My wife said she is immune compromised and would prefer a seat on the patio. She said people will be around you and maybe you should just eat at home in a snide tone. My wife explained we are from out of state so that’s not really an option and that the patio would be fine. Moments later the hostess follows the 1 non-masked waitress to our table. Of all the waiters. You know a little consideration would have gone a long way with this hostess given my wife’s condition so that she could have had the one meal she really wanted prior to surgery. But the hostess just seemed bent on trying to ruin our mid-afternoon lunch. We left. We didn’t know what else might be pulled and were to upset to spend another moment there.

Take my mother-in-law to lunch at On The Border Mexican Grill and Cantina this past Monday. Our waiter was very nice. Inside the building was really cold so we decided to eat on the patio. The food was really fresh and temperature was cooked to perfection. We ordered an additional dish to take home to my father-in-law and they timed everything perfectly. Thank you.
