Ordered a sirloin med through door dash, paid $40. When I got my food, the salad was mostly empty, I received an empty dry sauce cup for dressing and my steak was made SUPER RARE, like still cold in the middle RARE.I called and said I didn't want anything but that this was unacceptable. The manager then said they were going to send gift cards (I don't need or want them anymore), but haven't received anything.This was an incredibly disappointing encounter and I don't think I will be eating at an outback again!

I have been a regular at this store for quite sometime now, and reading the comments section for this location is comical. This place is outstanding! I have never once had a problem with bad food or service. The food is always quality and the service is top notch. The staff genuinely looks happy to work there. I will always support this store and the comments will not ever change my mind about this place.Also, the Bone-In Ribeye cooked medium rare, I have to acknowledge the cook behind that, cooked to perfection.

My girlfriend and I recently visited this location, and at first we were skeptical because of a previous visit. We went ahead and gave it another chance. I am so happy we did! We had the pleasure of speaking with the new owner Brian. He was very genuine and pleasant. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. I’m glad we gave it another chance, we will be back again!

The service was impeccable, with attentive staff ensuring every need was met promptly. Now, onto the main event – the food! Each dish was bursting with flavor, cooked to perfection, and served with generous portions. Whether it was the perfectly seasoned steaks, the mouthwatering sides, or the delectable desserts, every bite was a delight. The menu offers a fantastic variety to cater to every taste preference. Overall, our dining experience at Outback Steakhouse was nothing short of outstanding. We'll definitely be returning for more memorable meals!
Never coming back to this location. Enough said.Update 2024... still can't believe how bad is was. Actually, the manager tried to convince me, a culinary worker for the past 18 years, that there was nothing wrong with my order after serving me dog poop in grease.

I've been here many times over the years, mostly with family. Usually a very good experience. Tonight I asked my son to choose between cheesecake factory and outback. He chose outback. We ordered two steak dinners for pickup. We ordered around 8:15, they close at 9:30. We picked up the food about a half hour after placing the order. We got home, and I started on my salad. My son started on his dinner. He opened up his steak and it was really tough. Whoever seared it seared it too much. He requested his medium well. I requested medium. I finished my salad and went for the steak. Mine was really seared too! Also, I asked for everything on my baked potato but there was no sour cream included in our order. Overall, very disappointing. I also left a tip. Wish I could take it back. Pictures of the steaks included. The first one is mine, second is his.
The ribeye that was served to me was rotten. As soon as I took the first bite I could tell it was rotten. The waiter was a doll and removed the meal from the tab. The service was excellent (Riley) but the steak was awful

Great experience at the Outback last night. My husband's steak was a perfect medium and backed potatoes were excellent. Tanner was our server and he really took care of us.Vegetarian options: I'm the vegetarian and chose Outback for dinner last night. Was not disappointed I love the pecan blue cheese chop salad and the baked potatoe was perfect.
Bloomin shrimp was good!
