I ordered through their app. I have ate here in the past and thought what the heck I'll give this a try and have it delivered. Well I could of picked it up faster. Which was door dash not them. But the food was awful. Everything was cold and old like it had been sitting all day. Won't order from here again even if I'm in the mall. Waste of money.

The wife and I were there a couple weeks ago and waited to be served by some rude disrespectful mexican older female! She slightly greeted us like she didn't want to and didn't say how long it was going to be til she served us because she was to busy cleaning around the food area which didn't look dirty at all. Its like she was doing it on purpose for whatever reason. A few minutes into this she turned around and lashed at her coworkers and they just looked at her brushed it off and turned around. We were like wow... this female is having a day and wants to take it out on everybody including the paying customers. Then she finally looked at us and asked rudely what we wanted so I began to tell her and she got upset again and threw the rice back into the big rice bowl after she just put it into the container. That cant be sanitary or good food practice. She grabbed another food container and started to shove our food into it hysterically. We will never go back there again! We never seen this type of nasty grotesque behavior from a food worker! This food company cant be that damn desperate that they hire people like her to slander there good food and good reputation to smithereens. I hope yall hire a lot better workers than her. Wonder why her coworkers avoided her. I don't blame them because she is more than likely giving them a hard time, harassing them and treating them badly like the customers! To the company, get your priorities straight!Kid-friendliness: Not just kid friendliness but adult friendliness also.

Showed up at 3pm on 8/8/23 and do have to say the little Mexican lady who serves needs to brush up on her customer service and not to slam and throw the plate on the counter at you seriously like what kind of customer service and she had no greeting just went straight to asking what I wanted...even the cashier noticed and after she slammed the plate on the counter the cashier kinda laughed of embarrassment disbelief. Will not be returning if I see that little monster behind the counter serving. Do better!

I had just went on 06/01/2023 & got a plate. 30 mins after i ate, I felt off & fatigued. then 1 hour after i initially ate it, I threw everything up! & it hasn’t been my first time vomiting after eating Panda Express. food is not good at all flavor wise or heath wise.

This place is absolutely amazing. They're always incredibly busy, and I'd bet they have to deal with a lot, but they're still always very nice and always put care into putting the meal together. Everybody here works very hard and the food never fails to make it feel worth it.
