“Barrels and Bottles has been a go-to for us for years in Golden. Ever since the Camp George one popped up we've been frequent visitors as it's closer to home. One of our favorite spots. The Nippless Cage is my fave craft pils. Dough nips are my favorite carb. And the poke in the salad is unreal. Parking can be heinous when it's busy, but that is the only complaint and ya can't blame them for creating a great place in a happening spot that people wanna be at!“
“Stopped here for some lunch. It is like in an industrial park we were with somebody that lives in Denver so they knew about it. It's like a beer garden. There are some tables inside the building where you order your beer and they also have kombucha. There were food trucks outside that you could order from. There was plenty of tables all around the building. All kinds of dogs around which was wonderful and they were all well behaved dogs. There was a dog park next door to it. It was a very nice experience. We enjoyed the food and the beverages“
“Super laid back friendly atmosphere. ?Went for my first time about a week ago and the employees were incredibly easy to talk to and very friendly and professional! ??THE FOOD WAS PHENOMENAL?Coming from someone who cooks professionally you don't want to miss out on this little gem tucked away in the beautiful mountains of golden ✨️ ?6/5 Stars ? ?HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!“
“This is such an amazing place right in our neighborhood! A gem among locals where we can relax with our friends, family, and furry friends, listen to great live music, enjoy an expertly made Old Fashioned, and sample some of our many food trucks from the area. Special touches like beautiful decorations, fire pits and blankets for chilly nights, an awesome sand play area for the littles, and a welcoming atmosphere keep us coming back. You can tell the women who run this place deeply care about the folks who come to share the space together—we look forward to many more years as patrons!“
“They offer a lot of different types of beer. I liked their fruity beers. The music was slightly loud for my taste. I did a flight (4 beers) and enjoyed the space. They don't have many designated parking spots but on street parking was available.“
“It was great! Decent selection of beer nestled amongst the houses in downtown Golden. Small indavidual food plates with meat, cheese, baked pretzels, and more. It's a brewery, not a top of the line restaurant. Atmosphere is pretty chill and laid back with plenty of room for a larger group. It looks to be a converted house that is now a brewery with a large outdoor seating area and heaters if it starts to get chilly.“
“A gem. Creative, high quality brews. In a state with ~400 breweries, this is one of the best. Different shape glasses for each brew to optimize the experience. The Stay Classy baltic porter is world class.Really cool painting of Ron Swanson in the brewing area at Camp George West location.“
“Finally had the chance to check out this little gem of a coffee shop. I got a vanilla latte and it’s delicious! I met the owner, Darcy. She was so sweet and welcoming. I can’t wait to come back here with my daughter and get her ice cream :) they had a ton of flavors from a local creamery in Lakewood. This little spot has a cozy feel to it and exactly what I was looking for in a neighborhood coffee shop! I should mention that my vanilla latte was under $5!!“
“Coda has been the go-to brewery for our family since they opened their doors! As a self proclaimed hazy IPA beer snob, Coda has an excellent selection of beers for all tastes in a low key setting. It's clear that Coda invests a lot of time and talent into making the very best beer in Golden- and beyond!“
“New spot rocks. Love the KOW IPA. Bartenders and staff friendly. Wings on point per usual. But I didn’t see the Carolina bbq there last time which kinda sucked. But I’ll be back. Also their tenders are underrated and maybe actually the best thing ever. I wanna try their burger.“
“Ice cream was fantastic. Took the grandkids there and they loved it. The gal making our order was friendly and was good with the kids changing their order. The place is part of a cool food hall and brewery. Fun without being too loud. Look forward to coming back.“
“really good beers in a nice environment. A lot of IPAs, but also a few more unique beers like the winter warmer. No food, but a few options nearby like Vice (which is great food , but a poor beer selection) that you have to go over and order and pickup but it's across the sidewalk so easy!“
“Randomly stopped in on a recent work trip to Golden. What a great spot! Sat at the bar and had the pleasure of meeting Kristin. She provided awesome service and conversation! The beer was ice cold and the burger was one of the best I've ever had. I'm hoping work brings me back to Golden soon just so I can revisit this place!“
“This place is amazing! They serve the best vegan burrito I have ever had in my entire life. I would definitely recommend.Vegetarian options: They have vegetarian and vegan options on their menu.Dietary restrictions: They serve a really delicious tofu scramble in place of eggs. They also have vegan green chili which doesn't have any pork in it. So delicious!“
“We hosted our Wedding After Party here (~50 people). The Miners Saloon team crushed the service! They were wonderful to work with and their food and drinks are delicious. This bar is perfect for a meal, snack or drink at any time of the day! It's a must see in Golden :)“
“I was visiting Golden last weekend and stopped into Humble House for breakfast and a latte. I had the Madame Curie and the stuffed waffle with bananas and cream cheese (can’t remember what that was called) and a pistachio latte. I loved it so much, I went back for the exact same thing the following day! The coffee and food were amazing and the people/vibe are so special and unique. A true gem in Golden.“
“I am struggling with the fact that we've been coming here since they first opened and I haven't written a review. They have a tremendous local following and many regulars. The owners of the brewery and the Outpost at Ohm (food truck) are phenomenal. They're kind and they're fun! They make delicious beers and incredible food. They are very dog friendly (inside and out) with treats on the counter. They have fun events, a great DJ and the beer tenders (I'm looking at you, Rachel and Ryan) are terrific! The only thing I can compare it to is Cheers! Definitely our favorite hang. When we pull into the parking lot, our dog (who learned the phrase "let's go to Ohm") barks at us and claws at the window until we let her out. If you go, you'll be welcomed warmly! And again each and every time you enter!“
“This place was absolutely amazing all around. A buddy and I had some time to kill after hitting the slopes and I'm so happy we discovered this place. The brisket was some of the best I've ever had (I'm from NC), the bison burger was off the chain good and if you want to taste a slice of heaven, try the white chocolate bread pudding!! Phenomenal service and the owner was super friendly! 10/10!!“
“I like the dumplings here! Consistently delicious! I cannot in good conscience recommend the ramen, the "chef" seriously needs to step away from the ginger! Wayyy too much ginger! They are stingy with the other toppings so maybe that is why they overuse the ginger? NEVER order ramen for take out, it ends up a huge mess as they somehow don't have containers that adequately handle the liquid ramen.“
“I'm very lucky to have this place attached to where I live. The food options are diverse and consistently good, the prices are acceptable for where we live, they constantly rotate local beers on tap, and the staff are great friendly people.“
“Caught sight of this place after getting a tow off of I-70. Absolutely delicious NY style pizza. Superb crust with toasted & crunchy edges. Flavorful sauce and toppings cooked to perfection. I'll make the drive back again soon just for this 'Za.“
“This place was popping- one of the best French toasts I've ever had! Came here on a Sunday morning with a friend, we were seated in the patio outside, they also had blankets out there which was nice. The French toast was immaculate- comes with caramelized apples and mascarpone cream. Definitely check this place out if looking for a nice brunch spot in the Potrero hill area!“
“Absolutely love their red and green curries (I get veggie version). And staff are always really friendly and helpful.I live in Denver but whenever I am in golden I always make sure to come here, even if for take out. They are also just as good when reheated and usually buy extra to have another day as well. Been coming here for probably 15/20 years now...“
“New owners and managers have really got something special. Facility is upgraded, charming, and busy with happy patrons. All ages crowd of mostly locals.Menu is all American plus a few nice surprises. I had the chicken sandwich and green chili and it was really satisfying.Parking can be tight when it's peak hours.Wondervue Cafe is same owner and about 5 minutes West on highway 72.“
“Went here with some coworkers and it was so good! They have a great selection of whiskeys although the cocktails were a little sweet for my taste. The food was outstanding! The nachos, the flatbread, the wings - all very good. The service was on point and everyone, including the owner, was super friendly. The vibe is definitely a mom and pop restaurant with a relaxed atmosphere. This is an amazing place on your way back from the mountains or for a regular dinner. Definitely check it out!“
“It's my favorite place to grab something for breakfast and a coffee while driving out to ski. They serve excellent coffee and their breakfast burrito is so good. The vibes are immaculate, I wish I lived close so I could hang out here instead of just stopping in while driving. Sometimes it can be a bit of a wait if they have several people order at once.“
“What a fun spot! Dinner, the Philly Cheesesteak, was excellent, as were the patrons and staff. Tuesday night was karaoke with Linda and everyone was all about it.I'm from California, out here for work. I wanted to experience some local spots before leaving and am so glad this place was on my radar. I will recommend it to my coworkers and will definitely go again when I return.“
“The food is delicious. I had a bison burger and beef brisket sandwich. The fries are cooked perfectly. Not greasy. Not too crispy. Just right. If you check into Yelp, you get a free beer. Which I did, I got a Coirs light. Upsetting thing is if you don't ask for a paper receipt, they charge a kitchen inflation fee of 3% which they then tax on also. Upping your bill.“
“Wow! Wisco Girl here and this is the most friendliest place I’ve been in Denver! The bartender was top notch! So welcoming and could feel her genuine love and light! Great drinks, food and environment! Will definitely come back when I come back to Denver! This place may be the reason I come back!“
“Get the nomad burger ? freaking MUAH! when I saw the $22 price I said this better be the best burger ever ... Well it was dang close if not the best burger I've had over 40 years... That's saying ALLOT. family got a mix review on their taco dinners (fish, chicken, & steak, 3 each). Over cooked chicken and fish, grisly steak bites). Like I said, interestingly the burger was off the chain... Maybe I got lucky but you bet your butt I'm getting again next time we're here! Atmosphere is so chill... Had a breakfast burrito with green chili also in the morning which was dynamite.Dietary restrictions: Some gf optionsWheelchair accessibility: Ada accessible“
“Lovely spot in Golden for healthy and fresh snacks! Sometimes there's a bit of wait but I know to order ahead online when I'm rushed on time. I live the good vibes, fresh fruits and healthy options. My go to is the iced chai shroom latte and I love their Buddha bowl wrap! The toasts are also fabulous and now im really hungry and think I'm going to go there for breakfast!Def worth checking this place out and feel free to being your pup for the outdoor seating on the street.“
“This might be one of my favorite handheld burritos I have ever had. I had the Chupacabra, and although it was incredible, the Burro my wife got might have been even better. I found it odd they didn't have hot sauce out for usage, but I asked for some, and their kitchen-made Mango Dragon Ghost stuff was MAGICAL. They don't sell it yet, but they should. We will definitely be back to try some other options. Cool atmosphere to just hang out also. Definitely recommend...On the record. Best breakfast burrito I have had in Denver since moving here in 1997. Chupacabra is magic, the original and Diesel Drip hot sauces are awesome, they have a bar, they have great tunes, and the red onion add was worth a buck or two. I can't speak for lunch, but this is a must in CO for a breakfast burrito. I didn't take a picture of the burrito with tinfoil off because I was too excited to eat it. They also ask for your temp choice. The hot is incredible, but be ready for it. Definitely recommend and see you there (next time I am out in Golden).“
