Great burritos, horrible customer service. No communication with the customer, online ordering is a joke. If my order is supposed to be ready and I show up 10 min late, I shouldn't have to wait 5 more minutes for my food after already being over my quoted time. I'll see people in line order food and their food before mine. Mine will be 2 burritos and the person in line will walk away with 10

Finally a Santiago’s who has great service,also warm like they turn the heater on,and give u enough food for your money.. idk if they r they same owners but I got tired of going into a cold Santiago’s and getting charged $4.00 for a small scoop of guacamole n still paying $3.00 for chips. I remember when chips n salsa was included.. the waitress is very nice. This is our “go to”

We are always happy to visit a Santiago's location, and this one did not disappoint. The service was fast and the food was excellent. I had the tamales (since they were out of crispy rellenos) and was pleased with my meal.

I didn't know what to expect, as I've only eaten here vicariously, when friends would show up with their burritos. I tested it for a sit down dinner. I had a burrito and shared a plate of tacos. They load em up with meat and that's a winner, and you can choose to have them smothered or separate. Perhaps chips n salsa isn't their forte but they nail it on a good product.

Limited menu. They don't take special requests. The ordering is always backed up for lunch during school days. Might be in there for 30 min. Before u get to order. Some of the staff is not so friendly
