This place has some of the best salmon tacos I've ever had. The salsas are also much better than I would have expected from a food truck. The owner Ned is super friendly and really puts a lot of love into the food he serves, and it shows. I heavily recommend this place for anyone who wants tacos.
Really delicious food, the flavors that all of the foods had, completely blew my mind. For me I can for sure say that these are the best tacos in Golden and they probably are the best tacos I have ever had. The owner was also a really nice guy, he knows how to talk with his customers and he really knows how to cook. If you are ever hungry and looking for some place to eat I would definitely say go to Skywalker Tacos! I will definitely be coming back for more soon!

I wouldn't call these tacos made as much as curated. The owner has pride and makes sure each taco is well made. We had the vegan and chicken tacos and were impressed....
