Just came in on a Saturday (3/9/24) afternoon, nobody even behind the counter. Only one person waiting. Waited 5 min. Nobody came to the counter. Is this place open? So many people walking around Washington Avenue, Can't believe nobody there to greet you. I left.

Not at all happy with our visit here. Three sandwiches ordered, got to our destination and then found out only one was prepared correctly. Not sure if this was on the cashier or the guys making the sandwiches. Our cashier acted as if he was either high or just didn't give a rat's behind about being there. The guy who prepared our sandwich was nice. Nice atmosphere, but not a huge place so best for takeout. My husband enjoyed his sandwich, which was the only one prepared correctly. I think I would've enjoyed mine had it been done right, but as it was, it was very dry and lacked flavor. Disappointing since we are over in this area pretty frequently.

Stopped by Snarf's today for a quick lunch with my 86-year old father-in-law. He's pretty discerning when it comes to food, so his observation: "this is one of the best sandwiches I've had in my entire life" is an epic endorsement! Keep up the awesome work!

I ordered $120 worth of food. My online order was missing over 10% of the things when I went to pick it up. Customer service was lacking, no sense of urgency to make it better, asked to see my receipt to prove that I was missing my order. It was not busy, there was one other customer only. I couldn’t be bothered to try to fix their error, so I just had to take the loss. Do better

Very friendly and helpful staff. My sandwich was delicious and the bread was toasted perfectly. Only downside is it's right downtown Golden so parking can be a hassle sometimes.
