I love Subway sandwiches, but I had a disappointing experience at this branch on Friday, February 2nd, around 8 pm. The lady didn’t allow me to see the meat section, and my sandwich was empty at both ends. Although I asked for cheese bread, when I opened my sandwich, I found a different kind to which I have allergies. Unfortunately, this is the second time I’ve encountered the same staff member, and the service has been consistently unsatisfactory.

Been getting sandwiches here for years because they're close, convenient and you pretty much get what you expect from a Subway in terms of taste. But wow, this place just keeps getting worse and worse. They look like they've been on the verge of closing for years with most non-sandwich products constantly out of stock. Their employees are constantly rotating out and most (not all, but most) have had terrible customer service. They don't take online orders - or rather, they accept them, but won't start working on them until you physically show up in the store. I honestly don't know why I keep coming back. This place has been going downhill for many years.

This Subway has always looked niced and clean and is in a beautiful location, but the service has always been terrible and the availability of options dubious (if they weren't closed early) We decided to stop by last night as we've tried all the other Subways in the area and they are all understaffed and undertrained with similar issues. So, we took a gamble on dinner. There were TWO employees working (when was the last time you saw that?) Not only that, they had everything, and the sandwich artist actually made an awesome sub. Subway is nostalgic for me and I want to tell you, they hit all the marks (they even had tea made, which is so rare these days, I love Gold Peak tea) Anyway, it really seems like they're improving.. we'll see if it happens twice in a row!

Rude employees who won't bother to even wash their hands before making your sandwich - but they'll ask for a tip at the end with 15/20/25% as the options.25% on a sandwich? Surely you're kidding me.

I want to give 10 stars to the employee that was in duty on 7/30/23 at appx 1:00pm. There was no air conditioning in the establishment and when I tell you that it was hotter inside of the restaurant than it was outside, that's no lie! Not only was there no a/c but she was the only employee working (said she is working 14 hours alone due to staffing). It was miserably hot inside, as she is still baking bread as well. This employee never stopped smiling and was never rude. The poor lady was sweating heavily trying to keep up with orders. Due to its a/c being out on a summers day, management should have closed and paid this lady for her dedication. The poor lady said that she has to lock the door and go in the freezer just to catch a break. Food was good. Subway usually doesn't disappoint.
I ordered a salad for lunch. They used to be wonderful! The one I got today was similar to a side salad, just a small amount of ingredients and minimal effort putting it together. Disappointed.

Took 30 min to make one sandwich. It become almost a joke among the folks waiting as we watched in awe the slowest person on earth making a sandwich. Way too many other options to ever come back waste time i will never get back. I almost ordered doordash to be delivered while i was waiting.

If you don’t want to wait 45 minutes nearly every time you go.. I’d recommend not going. The Jimmy John’s that’s a further drive will be quicker,

Don't go here for a subway deal. We rode to this Subway specifically to get the $6 deals. Over $25 for 2 6 inch sandwiches with 2 cookies and one bag of chips. We won't be back. What a rip off. We were hungry or would have left.
