We were drawn in by the cheap AYCE price, but the sushi was just okay. The fish wasn't super fresh and the nigiri had a lot of rice. The service was great and so was the atmosphere. Maybe we just went on a bad day - we're willing to come back again and give it another try.

I used to frequent for all you can eat sushi that was relatively good. Unfortunately they have had to cut corners and costs to survive and the AYCE experience is no longer what it was. They made the choice to keep costs low at the expense of the AYCE dining experience, maybe that's okay for you. For me, it's time to simply chose the competition instead.

My husband found this restaurant while poking around to see what is nearby the car dealership so we could have lunch while our oil was changed. We have been on the lookout for good Japanese restaurants-specifically sushi- ever since we made the move back to Colorado from Japan. We were not disappointed in Uokura!! The lunch-time all you can eat is an amazing deal at $23.99 per person! The rolls were good, the nigiri was better. Even the miso soup was good.I walked by someone who had some kind of katsu dish and it smelled amazing. I would love to try that next time. Our daughter enjoyed her "budon" (udon) that we got in the all you eat deal. Since she's 3, there was no extra charge for her.We will be back :)Parking: Small, rock lot.

Everything about this place was great, besides parking but there is nothing they can do about that and its really not their fault. The sushi was some of the best my husband and I have ever had and I highly recommend it.Parking: Very small parking lot and limited street parking

Food is always great. Got the all you can eat. Great price for all the food you get. Make sure you eat it all or you'll get charged for the leftovers.

Today I went with my family. We ordered some appetizers which were good. But we ordered 3 tonkotsu ramen and they were overly salty. We could not eat them. We told the waiter about it and they tried to put some hot water in but we couldn’t eat them, it was still way too salty. The waiter was gentle all the time although we were still charged for them despite being unable to eat them.

Sushi is one of those places I didn't care for growing up, but I would always accompany my mom, and because of this restaurant, i slowly acquired a taste for sushi and now love this cuisine! We always tend to order the same 3 items when we visit: the green mussels for appetizer and the Las Vegas Roll and Eel Roll. (In the past, I used to also order the Teriyaki Chicken lunch special, which I'd highly roccomend for those non sushi enthusiasts). The green mussels are so tasty. Each order comes in 5 shells with 2 mussels in each, drizzled in a couple of tasty sauces. I'd highly recommend this as an appetizer as the flavors are unique and the value of this item is great as well. The Eel Roll is very tasty. It's a more traditional sushi roll where the eel, cucumber, and usually the avocado are wrapped on all sides by rice (I order the avocado on the side as I'm allergic). It's a lighter but tasty and healthier sushi option. The Las Vegas Roll is a cream cheese roll with crab and lightly fried. It is beyond tasty! (If you do order these two rolls, I'd recommend eating the Eel Roll before the Las Vegas Roll as it is a slightly lighter flavor). Another roll we've ordered in the past, which is also tasty, is the Dragon Roll. Overall, the service is always nice, and you can tell they appreciate every single customer and treat you with nothing but smiles. There is also plenty of seating, even during a lunch rush, so there's really no reason not to give this place a try!

Food and service were fantastic, but we went on a busy night and sat in an overflow room that was a bit chilly even with space heaters. We’ll definitely go back as everything was high quality, beautifully plated, and delicious.

Have been here many times and have enjoyed. Tonight was not one of those times, and will be our last. Food is good, chefs are great. The restaurant was dead, however, we could not get service the whole time or an even a check at the end. When we got up to leave from the bar, the chefs joked and said “are you guys looking for a check, it may be another hour”.2 of our orders were wrong. Servers patronized us and said it was correct. Again, we have been here many times and knew it wasn’t what we ordered.Servers were too busy flirting with one another to do their job. Never once were we asked how anything was or if we wanted a drink. We would have had another round for our belated valentines had they asked. Had to flag them down after waiting forever to order and the chef took it upon himself to serve us. Went to the bathroom while waiting to see the curly haired server out the back pouring ice down the back of the waitresses shirts.Worst service experience I have had in America!

I was in the area and decided to try this place based on the reviews. Food was very good and they offer a lunch special of 2 rolls and soup/salad in addition to the full menu. For a Saturday early afternoon, they were consistently busy - all but 2 tables were always seated. The ONLY drawback was 1 server for the 10(ish) tables. The server was hustling, but that is too many tables for one server. Took forever to get tea (the size of a traditional espresso cup - a thimble, lol) and one refill towards the end of the meal. The server was scrambling to keep up with all the tables. If I'm in the area again, I will dine again and hope the 1 server for the entire restaurant was an anomaly that day. Plenty of parking! In strip mall to left (south) of Safeway.

I'm from out of town and wanted to say Bryant was one of the best waiters I've ever had (in my lifetime). This man is awesome, 10 star attentiveness to us as customers. Thank you Bryant.
