Wow, has this place gone down hill! I actually helped build this store many years ago and was a patron for decades. My wife and I recently moved back to the area and decided to have dinner there twice in the last month and to our surprise both times were one among the worst culinary experiences we ever had. The facilities were nice as they obviously had a recent renovation, the tables not so clean even though they were not busy. we had to wipe out table down ourselves. The sandwiches seemed to have become Micro Meals, small and I believe the Buns outweighed the content. The fish sandwiches were greasy and seemed to contain a new species of Air Fish. The Air Fish breading outweighed the content of what I could only describe as a very Small Amount of Fish, something I expect from other Chains. When I opened the Giant Roast Beef Bun, I was left wondering where the rest of the sandwich was, I could cover the entire contents with two fingers, again the bun was the star or the show. The Jomoca Shakes are not what they used to be. Not sure if they are using a cheaper product or what, but it was disappointing as well The Fries were ice cold and overcooked to the point where almost half of them were burnt and inedible. We thought the first time might have been a fluke, the second time confirmed our fears that yet another restaurant in Grand junction has fallen to mediocrity.

It was okay. The food wasn't great. The fries were not fresh. They tasted funny. I came up for a bag for my food and the lady working the counter was talking to someone in the office. I waited a few minutes for her to notice me.

Every time I order from arby's, they always seem to mess up something in my order. It is assured to me by the person in the window that they have everything in my order as they hand me the bags. Yet every time I get home, it is incorrect.I attempted to talk to the manager and she was rude and belligerent and yelled a lot. I went to arby's to retrieve my meal that they had forgotten again and was not able to speak to a manager. However, when I got back to my home, I attempted to call the store and talk to a manager anyway. When I did speak w management, she ended up being very rude & very inconsiderate & hung up the phone on me. I don't believe this woman needs to be in customer service. Worst evening manager I've ever seen in my life.

If you're looking for a great fast food place, you can't go wrong by visiting Arby's, if you're tired of the same burgers offered by several joints , go to Arby's, great sandwiches to satisfy your hungry pains, I had a great experience when I visited this amazing place, I had a French dip sandwich and it was awesome the sandwich comes with roast beef,swice cheese and a container with beef ajus, you might complement the sandwich with curly fries or regular fries and a fountain drink, sound delicious well, it is, treat yourself to this amazing sandwich or any of the great variety of specialized sandwiches available at Arby's. Cut the hamburger hypnosis and have a great sandwich when you get the hunger pains, you be happy you did.
