For the last few months when I order pickup the prepacked celery is brown and slimy. My daughter eats the celery, weird picky kid, but she'll eat the celery. My husband went to put it on her plate and I about screamed. How can this detail be so overlooked. This rotting celery would have made her sick. Shame on you Buffallo, details matter. I wonder what the chicken looks like before you cover it in sauce?Vegetarian options: The takeout celery is rotting.Dietary restrictions: If you are Keto and enjoy the celery, do not order takeout as you won't be able to eat it.Kid-friendliness: I wouldn't trust the rotting vegetables they put on your kids plate.

Friendly staff, but the BBQ sauce is too sweet and you need a spectrophotometer to detect the guacamole on your tacos. And I know better than to try those soggy wings...eww, just ewww.

Food was great, the chicken nachos were way better than I was expecting, considering the small up-charge for adding the chicken. It came with lots of meat, and I love that they spread the nachos out on a tray so that every bite has tons of toppings. The burger was really good too. This is becoming one of my favorites.

The girl that took my order on the phone repeated back the order and confirmed celery and carrots with both cauli wing orders. Upon arriving home with our food, we found no veggies in the bag and it was not printed on the ticket either. There was no sauce on one of the Thai curry wing orders also and barely any at all on the mango habañero. This has happened to us at this location before and the manager said he would refund the order, but never did. We’ve given this place many chances, but it’s ridiculous that the issues aren’t being fixed.

We are regulars here and absolutely love the long time servers. Only complaint I have is that when they started the barcode scan order/pay we thought it was great and the servers let us know that it helps them a lot if we can pay using that method. Problem is, it never works. It’s always showing the wrong amount compared to the printed bill and doesn’t show our rewards. From what we understand the servers get extra “bonus points” for this and it’s unfortunate that it almost never works. We love this place and want these awesome servers to get all the extra credit they deserve. They work extremely hard and we really appreciate their service.
