I ordered a large order of brisket and beans for a party, and it was some of the best bbq we’ve had! Not only was the food fantastic, but the service was top notch as well. We will definitely be ordering from here again!

I came to this restaurant because I like to support local businesses and this one had good ratings. I started to have misgivings when I saw that the girl taking my order had an eye that was red and full of pus. Unfortunately, I had already paid when I worked up the corage to ask her if her condtion was infectious. She immediately got snappy and angry. She went in the back & told her co-worker, so now I had two of them glaring at me. I told them I have a right to know when they are handling my food and I could get sick. "She has a CONDITION," the co-worker said, as if that made everything OK. Well, maybe I have a codition too, one that requires I not be exposed to infectious diseases. Somebody in that condition should NOT be handling food. It really put a damper on my experience of Grand Junction. I really regret going there.

Colorado Q catered our wedding this summer and we couldn’t be happier with everything they did! They were amazing from start to finish. The food was beyond amazing and there was plenty of it! Their set up was really nice and them offering silverware, plates, and napkins made things so simple for us. Pricing was very straightforward and communication with them was professional and organized. While many wouldn’t travel to our location, Colorado Q made the trek over to Crested Butte and we are forever grateful! Everyone visit this food truck and use them for catering, you won’t regret it!

Went to food truck Friday and had the brisket nachos. First off i already had the expectation that it would be a little bit of brisket and barely enough cheese. Oh how i was wrong! These were the best nachos filled with delicious brisket. I only wish i lived closer to have them more often! Great food amazing service worth every penny!

Really enjoy the brisket Nachos. The breakfast bowls and burritos are great, allowing you to pick the fillings of meat and veggies. The meats are always delicious. Their location by Canyon View Park also serves cupcakes, cakes, and cake pops. The staff is always friendly and the atmosphere is relaxing. My go to place for a decent simple meal and a snack after a long work week.
