Real Texas barbecue! Delicious brisket, other meats and sides, just like the Texas locations. Feels like a barbecue joint, and staff was very friendly. Only improvement: offer smoked turkey at this location.
For a BBQ place, it was more in the way of taste, fast food. The meats were tender but tasted like they were baked not BBQ. Won't be going back.

The food was good. I thought the serving sizes were a tad small, but not bad. My main concerns were the little tiny tubs of BBQ sauce. I don't want to have sample sizes. I like BBQ sauce also I might like a little spicy on something, a regular on something else, I think you get the point. The meats were cooked very well, but the serving temperature of the meat was only semi-warm. I'd have preferred warm or hot. I'd never order the BBQ beans as they tasted like pork and beans out of a can. I'll definitely be back to try your sandwiches. The free ice cream cone for ordering in-house was awsome. Some might not like it as soft as it's served, but it was exactly as I like it. I'll be back. Maybe it was just an off day. PLEASE PUT LARGER BBQ SAUCE BOTTLES ON TABLES.Vegetarian options: REALLY??? My husband is a DoorDash driver. We went to pick up an order here and my husband, who has autism, isn't big on talking. He walked into the restaurant, held up his phone to the manager and the manager asked him why he wasn't talking, and asked if he was deaf. My husband replied that he was a DoorDash driver and was picking up an order. The manager then said that if my husband wouldn't talk to them, they'd have a problem. I called to try to calmly tell him that was rude and my husband is stressing out and explain to them about how he has autism. The manager then claimed that my husband made gagging noises with his finger in his mouth like he was throwing up in front of his transgender employee. I was sitting in the car, watching, and NONE OF THAT HAPPENED. I told him again that he was rude and I told him to have a good night. He then said "I hope you don't" before hanging up on me. The manager there, Trinity, is a liar. I will not be supporting this business ever again. I'm going to be contacting corporate.

This was my first time at Dickeys and I will be back. The brisket was so fork tender and I really enjoyed the pulled pork. The free ice cream was a real treat!
Have spent a lot of money in this place has been very good in the past. Had a bad experience on February 6th. Called on February 7th.at around 730 800 pm Manager name Trinity said that the manager from the night before had been fired. Because of multiple complaints from the same night...trying to come up and resolve an issue with bad food. Bad service couldn't look up our online order Male on the phone was Bing very rude. I asked him his name so I could just go online. I ended up getting hung up on after asking his name. I decided to print off the receipt an order number. That way he could look it up. Drove down there. I asked him if he was the manager. He said yes, am I asked him if he was the one hung up on me. He immediately started telling me. I needed to leave his store. Then he would call the cops I told him. I was like I'm just trying to show you the receipt in the order number so we can get this handled. Then he asked me to step outside said that he called corporate and they told him to have me trespassed at 8 o'clock in the evening tonight, which was completely A lie because he did not know. I was driving up there just to show him the order number so he could locate the order. It's always been good in the past. We've spent a lot of money but last night it was just horrible. Seeing what we could do about it. Definitely don't recommend this place. Don't recommend this manager who says his name is Trinity. Not even sure if that's true or not. Hey, even ask me to step outside. Like he wanted to have confrontation. Took my license plate number and all I was trying to do was figure out what we were gonna do about the horrible. Almost a hundred dollar order 43 people
