DO NOT DROP SHIP WITH THIS COMPANY! What an embarrassment to drop ship this product to a family, or friend . We will never do business with this company again. We experienced horrible customer service as a first time customer on a premium product shipment. To make matters worse, we proved that they made a mistake with the online ordering system. They then shipped again with damaged products the second time (Tins) and to add insult to injury they had the nerve to say that the damage was minimal. HELLO! the point is when you pay $65 per box of candy X 2 you expect it NOT to be damaged at all PERIOD! This company seems to think on the lines of the new generation values, if you don’t like it , we won’t do business with you! I don’t care if you tried five times to make it right Enstrom’s , if you don’t make it right after all your attempts it’s on you. And the nerve of them to demand I pay five dollars to get a tin that’s not dented was the last draw, and they even stated in an email that they need to find a way to send it to me so it don’t get dented, (See email attached with pictures), proving that they know they have a problem and yet treated me like I was trash and the problem because they couldn’t get it right! I would ask the owners, do you purchase dented caned goods off the shelf in the supermarket for $65 a can? Furthermore, your agents are very condescending, unprofessional and know nothing about Customer Satisfaction!, other reviews prove this. Here’s a tip to the owners if your really care, FIX THE PROBLEM! You obviously are having a shipping and Customer Service problem because the dents are coming from inside of the can out and from the out side of the can in, therefore you have a problem with your product that you’re purchasing from a third-party, the cans in this instance, FIX IT! And we will stick with Louis-Sherry's of New York for the Holidays! they don’t send dented tins for a premium product. Even The Swiss Colony ships there tins with out damage, and that’s saying something for a lower end candy company.For you Google readers, just google (Enstrom Candies Downtown Grand Junction) and look at the negative reviews, they all concur with my experience as indicated above with negative reviews on the horrible website ordering issue's, (that I proved) , horrible attitude from Customer Service, (that I experienced and have emails to prove it). I’m not the only one Mr. owner.Buyer beware! Do not accept damaged goods from this or any company. Better yet, just don’t do business with this company.

Delicious ice cream with unique flavors at an affordable price. The kids scoop is perfect for all ages. We got 4 cones for under $10. The service was okay. There is a lot of candy to purchase and you can watch a mesmerizing video of how they make different chocolates. You can also watch people make chocolate during the day.

Recently I purchased toffee for a friend for their birthday. I paid extra, $15.30, for expedited shipping. Unfortunately my shipment didn’t arrive in the allotted time frame I paid for. When I called Enstrom’s to ask for an adjustment they blamed the 3rd party shipper and refused to refund my money for the extra charge. I wasn’t looking for free shipping just for them to make it right as I didn’t get what I paid for. The representative talked down to me, refused to understand my frustration, and even tried to gaslight me!!! Wow!!!We have purchased toffee from Enstrom’s for almost 30 years we have never had a bad experience until now. Because of this incident of stealing my money and being rude to me, we will no longer give them our business and advise anyone who asks not to patronize them. So sad that customer service is NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE ANYMORE BUT CUSTOMER ABUSE!!!
