Upon entering this establishment, one is immediately captivated by its charming ambiance, exuding a delightful and inviting atmosphere. However, the initial enchantment is met with a disheartening realization upon reaching the counter--regrettably, Gelato Junction seems to be devoid of any gelato, a peculiar paradox given its namesake. While the menu does offer alternatives in the form of ice cream, the overall quality falls short of the anticipated excellence, particularly disappointing for those with a specific hankering for the promised gelato experience. In essence, the establishment, adorned with all the trappings of a promising venue, is ultimately marred by the absence of its titular specialty, leaving patrons with an unfulfilled desire for the sublime taste of authentic gelato.

the girl working behind the counter had a nasty attitude when i was ordering and definitely did not want me and my sister in there. while we were sitting down a woman was waiting at the counter for 5 minutes while the girl was sitting in the back on her phone. she should not be working here. the ice cream is always good and i love coming here but she made this experience very memorable and not in a good way

This place is great. Admittedly, the first time we ate there it was due to one of my daughters having a bathroom emergency. They were so kind and so friendly that we decided to get food. The ice cream was so creamy and delicious that this became a stopping point for us on our evening walks downtown. Like I said, the hospitable and friendly staff are what keeps us coming, but their unique variety of fun flavors is also a huge plus. We have yet to try the pizza attached to this Ice Cream place, but want to. You will definitely see us again.... and again. Keep up the great work!

We were turned down from the establishment at 645 when you close at 7. Ridiculous.

It showed on Google that they were open til 9 but they were closed when I tried to go at 845. I understand it was almost closing time but there wasnt a soul to be seen inside. Which is a bummer. I reckon if I go back another time and try their product I will update my review.

The staff saw us outside 25 to 30 minutes before closing I demand that they suffer some kind of consequence. also I am never charged at This location again when I order.

Great gelato and ice cream selection. They just recently came under new management and added pizza to their options and improved the atmosphere a little. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend it.
I'm not much of a Gelato guy but they do have a decent variety of scoop ice cream too. Young ladies behind the counter could be a bit friendlier...a smile is always appreciated.
