In spite of less than favorable reviews from many, this pizza is my "go to" and only once was it less than beyond enjoyment.I have decided that either I have continued to be most fortunate ( which I am ) to be so pleased With this business' garden pizzaORFolks are more inclined to post a review IF they are disappointed.

Huge shout out to Papa John's in Grand Junction. Not only is the pizza always very good I mentioned my father was a Marine Veteran and they sent along this message for Memorial Day!! Thanks to Arlo and the management team at the GJ store for bringing a tear to my 81 year old father's eyes on Memorial Day 2023. I wish I could rate you 10 stars!!!

My wife and two son's very often walk over to this Papa John's to pick up our order, for we live right behind the building. Today, my debit card, for some reason or another, just wouldn't be approved and pay for the order. After multiple attempts to swipe the card, an employee walked up from the kitchen with cash in hand and paid for our pizza. I'm not writing this review for others to expect their pizza to be paid for at this location, but to show how the employee's here pay attention to their customers & have care for not just themselves. - 13 -

I’ve ordered here on a biweekly basis for years. I’ve never had my order be wrong, I’ve never had a bad experience in general. Employees are nice, food is good. The rewards system is pretty awesome too!

Do NOT use this Papa John's Pizza. They do not honor deals advertised by the company. They are a franchise so they don't offer the same deals. Someone was being kind and ordered food for my family based on a deal they offer. This facility wouldn't honor the coupon and charged them full menu price. $60 for 2 large 2 topping pizzas.Ben, the GM was less than helpful.I know I'm only 1 customer, but my family will never eat at a Papa John's again, thanks to Ben. There was a chance to make something right, he chose not to. I didn't ask for a refund, I didn't ask for anything outside of the coupon Being honored. He could care less. He made his money, that was all that matters to him. DO NOT EAT HERE!!!
