Yes, it's better than anything else in Grand Junction.. but far from amazing... if you eat a lot of pho... you won't like it. But if this is your first try, you'll like it... I feel like everything was taken out too early.. everything, including the sprouts, was baby. Baby (small) noodles... Baby sprouts... baby meat balls.. egg rolls are hard and baby.. maybe microwaved, not the best dont order those!... 4 out of ten from me.. but in the grand skeem of thing, who am I? Just my personal opinion from a Pho Hunter

Quality bowl of Pho at 1-70 prices (slightly higher than other locations, but not out of line nowdays). Got the combination pho, my go to, and was greeted with a large bowl, filled with above average meats and meatballs, with a solid broth. Noodles and a heaping portion of sprouts rounded out a solid bowl of pho. Would stop there again next time I'm in Fruita or Grand Junction.

We’ve been here many times since they opened. This was by far the worst experience we’ve had. Arrived at 1230 on a Sunday. They had maybe 45% tables occupied. After 5 mins or so the young man came over for drink order. We knew what we wanted so placed our order then. Three tables came in well after we did and all got their food before we did. All we ordered was a medium beef pho, one order of spring rolls and deep fried tofu. Just two of us. When the tofu arrived it was like warm. We asked for peanut sauce instead of the sweet n spicy. Didn’t get it. Then the spring rolls arrived and maybe five minutes after those was the pho. Oddly all the tables that got their food before us, were all from the other server, so…makes ya wonder if ours is just not on his game. Sucks to drive so far for mediocre service and like warm food.

Pho is always fresh, fresh broth, fresh veggies, and fresh meat. Their food has a very deep depth of flavor, and their Pho is to die for. Adding in the extra basil, jalapeños, and veggies make it a perfect 10/10. The staff are always nice, and the check is never more than what'd you expect.
