Service? What service! Sat for 30 minutes waiting for a beer. Brought GF from Midwest telling her what a great place. Very disappointed, walked out no one cared.

Although the music was great it was way too loud for a restaurant setting.

The views of the Colorado National Monument are lovely, and the drinks menu is large. But the food is mediocre, at best, for brunch. Really basic options, and the quality was on par with standard commercial food service. Too many staple items, such as the waffles, biscuits, and gravy, were essentially what you'd find at a motel continental breakfast. And the pancakes were surprisingly small, like a kid's menu version elsewhere. This seems like a venue with a lot of potential. They can probably be average and do fine with a "captive" aprés golf clientele. But it seems they'd benefit from bringing in a skilled, creative chef to improve the options and overall quality of their brunch offerings. In the meantime, there are much better options elsewhere in town.

The service is so kind, prompt & professional! The food was delicious and perfectly cooked. I'll be back again & again. A truly wonderful place. In a town with options, I choose Ocotillo! Thanks Hannah and Jessica, you are awesome!

Ordered the 34 dollar filet, medium rare, on gorgonzola pasta. The filet was overcooked, it was served in a soup bowl, the pasta was cold, the sauce was very salty, it came with no salad, and the two small pieces of crostini bread were as hard as a crouton. We had to flag our server down twice. Was more attentive to the bartender and friends than us. I didn't like the way the bill was presented. Was just verbally told the total without seeing an itemized bill. They do make good burgers though.

Shrimp tacos had flavor but were pretty skimpy. My daughters order had no flavor. Wouldn't go here again.
Ordered the Huevos Rancheros which was to have black beans but came with BBQ beans (sweet beans) and tortillas were extremely dry and chewy. Very disappointed that they substituted those kind of beans and didn't ask/tell us.

The restaurant was missing a menu item I wanted. Pancakes were too dry. Huevos rancheros also were in a small overcooked tortilla. But Wait staff were friendly and professional.

We've eaten here before and it was fine. There is a nice view of you sit outside. Today we both ordered Huevos Rancheros and something wasn't quite right. There was a sweet taste. It took a few minutes for us to realize they had replaced the black beans with BAKED (BBQ) BEANS. The menu clearly said black beans. How low can you go?

Burnt food. Potatoes so hard couldn't chew. Puny salad portions. Had to keep asking staff for something that was to be in place for a handicapped person. They said they'd accomodate request hours before. Had to wait and keep asking. Waiting was hurting the handicapped person. Not a cozy environment.Parking: Too far sway. Weird to get out. Guy on cart couldn't give me directions on how to get out of lot because "he wasn't from here,"

Food was okay. High end resort prices for bowling alley quality food. But nice atmosphere.
