Eat Here! Texas BBQ with a Colorado Flair! Not as traditional as said to be, but it's still very delicious. Would love to try warm competition brisket or fresh cooled brisket. Today, we got a full rack of ribs and a brisket sandwich.1st, the Full Rack of Ribs, enough to feed a Hungry Hungry Man Large portions of delicious slow cooked meat made with love. Meat was tender and juicy, and the flavor was light.2nd Brisket Sandwich, as a whole with the onion pickles and sauce it was delicious, but the meat was kind of dry. Great Bark, but dry inside. (So hard to keep moist brisket without it being off the grill fresh)The service was excellentThe atmosphere was fun with a whole shift of firemen behind us, but the restaurant was in an old car wash, had some country charm, but could definitely use an upgrade.Whole Rack, Beef Brisket Sammich was $56 with tip. Felt like guy at front was a little stingy with the BBQ sauce

I love BBQ. We got burnt bacon ends (Sat) and various sides to go along with my own smoked pulled pork. Fantastic! I converted a few family to make this a new destination. Location is odd ? but easily accessible.

I recently had the pleasure of trying out Snooks Bottom BBQ, and it was absolutely delicious. The food was fantastic! The brisket was so tender and had an incredible flavor. The ribs were cooked to perfection and the burnt ends were by far the hit of the party -we couldn't get enough of them! The sides were also great! The portions were generous, and I even had leftovers.One thing that truly stood out to me apart from the incredible food was the exceptional customer service I experienced from Snooks. From the moment I placed my order to the delivery, the entire process was seamless and filled with friendly professionalism. They certainly know how to treat and feed their customers right. Highly Recommend!
I’m very picky about my bbq and this lands high in my list. The staff was so kind. They even offered to help me with a wasp i was struggling to shoo away. The brisket is very good. The ribs were the absolute star!!! The special that day was the bacon burnt ends and it looked and smelled so good as the pit master walked it from the smoker to the shed. I regret not having enough stomach space for it. All in all, I’m so glad we stopped by.

We had our daughter’s wedding reception lunch catered on the Grand Mesa. The order was delivered on time and still was hot when we got it. The food was so delicious! Scott was very nice to work with, answered all of my questions. The next day he sent a text and asked how everything went. We will have Snooks Bottom cater again.

It was okay... Ordered brisket. Never seasoned (not even s+p), extremely fatty cut. It wasnt dry, which was a nice change of pace, but it was really greasy. For the price I expected way better. Tried once and wont be going
