Usually it's pretty good, but I got a hot "coffee" this morning and it was awful. It tasted like hot milk with some coffee in it. I've never had a Starbucks coffee that was like that. If I'm paying $6 for a coffee, it better have coffee in it. Seriously?

I have gone to the Starbucks at the Safeway Redlands almost every day for the past eight years. I look forward to going because of the friendly baristas and the coffee that is made perfectly every single time. What more couldn't anyone ask for!

This is not a real location. It's a duplicate of the Mesa University listing. Don't be fooled into looking for it.

Couldn't replace me leaking cup through the drive through.... next time you hand someone a drink make sure it's not leaking everywhere and the least you could do you just give me another cup

The best staff in the grand valley. You won't find a better Starbucks.

I went into the north ave store and had a similar experience in the Fruita store. And i've decided no more Starbucks ever anywhere. Here's what happened I went into the store mostly because my work van is too tall to go through the drive-through so I take the time to park get out and go inside now granted on the NORTH AVE store and the Fruita store when I went in I am the ONLY CUSTOMER in the store. I walk in and walk towards the counter now I understand that in this age of paranoia and Covid that we are supposed to wear masks everywhere I don't have a mask and I'm not too concerned about considering I am the only customer in the store and the entire staff is behind a glass case where they are working. I start to order my drink and the girl at the register interrupts me and says do you have a mask now I can barely understand her because she's wearing one herself behind the glass case so I say no thank you and she says you have to wear one and I say I am good and her response is you have to wear one and she's coming around the counter to give it to me so rather than just take my order through The glass and her mask she needs to come around the counter and enter my space to hand me a mask that according to the law I don't actually need it must be a Starbucks thing so by now I'm disgusted with the process I can't really remember what I even came in there for and I just tell her never mind and I walk out so it seems funny to me that an empty store gets a customer and they promptly run them off. So to further avoid any more mishaps or misunderstandings I simply won't go there and I recommend you do the same. I did some work for a gentleman that works for Starbucks and explain to him the situation from the first time and he said yeah the girls in there are total Nazis they don't seem to get it we've been told to not make an issue out of it but they seem to get a kick out of running off as many customers as they possibly can I mean what do they care they get paid anyway

Allow me to begin by stating that it generally takes a lot for me to write a less-than-stellar review on Google Maps, so here goes. As a whole, this is a very hit-or-miss Starbucks -- not the worst I've ever been to, but mediocre at best. Their first and foremost failing is that, like all other Starbucks locations, they are far more expensive than they need to be for the quality of beverage and food that they actually serve. On that basis alone, I try to avoid not only this location but all Starbucks locations, because I simply don't feel that their prices are justified. My dissatisfaction with this Starbucks location can be further illustrated by the following example. For context, this occurred in the last \"open\" week of 2020, several weeks after on-site classes were no longer in-session. I ordered a coffee and a loaf of banana nut bread, based on its appearance in the display case, from the first barista. I paid and waited for my order. The coffee was handed to me by the second barista, who seemingly had no idea about my banana nut bread. The second barista asked the first barista, who then informed her that they were out of banana nut bread (despite its appearance in the display case). I was offered other pastries but none were to my liking, so I requested a refund for the banana nut bread -- at which point I was asked to get back in line. Once I reached the cash for the second time, the only refund I was able to get was in the form of a gift card, which means I now need to go back to this Starbucks location to get my money's worth, even though I really don't want to. I think that when customers are paying the very high prices that Starbucks charges, the onus is on the baristas to have an awareness of which items are actually on-hand -- and the further onus is on Starbucks to offer refund options other than gift cards.

Ok so we all know people flock to Starbucks in the AM and around 3.....ok they need to have a happy hour half priced coffees! Cause if iam gonna wait 10 mins in line I want a discount and to keep coming back!! Pricy but who cares it's coffee PEOPLE!!!

Having worked for Starbucks for seven years as a barista, supervisor, ASM, Manager interm, and eventually a manager, I understand the fast-paced environment that Starbucks is. However, it is pretty consistent that I leave disappointed in this location. The morning DT order takers (mainly girls) need some training on how to be kind. I rarely get a "Good morning" or "what else can I get for you?" Generally it is a "What do you want?" And a constant "what else, what else, what else?" And then the total said frankly like "$10.23." Nothing about the order "sounds great!" Or "see you at the window!" Or even a "thank you!" So disappointed that a company I loved to work for, has let this location continue to give what I would call salty-service. There are some great guys that work here, maybe put them on the DT order taking position?

The baristas remember me and remember my drink. Kate is amazing! After getting my breakfast I usually park myself in the lounge and study until my next class. It's my favorite place to study.

Starbucks employees once again have impressed me with extraordinary service and great drinks.I came in to the store because it was super busy in the drive thru. Someone told me they would be right with me as soon as I walked in. I ordered a grande dragon drink and it did take quite a while for my drink to be made. Once the woman who took my order realized I never got my drink, she stopped what she was doing and made mine. Not only did she upgrade me to a venti, she also gave me a $5 starbucks giftcard for the wait.I would have been happy with just the grande drink because the dragon drink is SO good, but I really appreciate the extraordinary customer service. She had dark brown curly hair - I wish I would have gotten her name.Thank you!
