When they’re not closed inexplicably for “technical issues”, they’re consistently pulling the most rancid espresso shots I’ve ever tasted. The Starbucks inside Safeway is less disappointing than this store.

Would love to provide positive feedback; however, my main complaint is that that is a challenge when they close early without considering the implications of failing to update delivery drivers/services, ultimately resulting in 4 Uber drivers driving to the location with no idea that the location clearly already closed. Grateful to the delivery driver who finally communicated this issue. Perhaps extraneous circumstances were at hand, possibly not. I’ve had positive experiences in the past, though. Overall 3 stars seems balanced given situations like this vs really decent visits in the past.Edit: Ultimately my twin attempted getting the order and it appears that the issue was tech related. Internet connectivity issues, reportedly? That said: I’ve worked in food service locations which required maintaining operations for cash orders, in lieu of card processing, and understand that’s a considerable challenge, particularly from a Business Major perspective. Notably, I can see where different analysis might warrant closure. Confused how the order was able to process without connectivity, but I digress and am assuming the best. Stay safe ♥️

The bathrooms are disgusting. I'm a dasher that made a complaint yesterday about them being disgusting and they still haven't been cleaned today. I don't know how customers don't complain!!! The worst part is you have to ask for a code to even get in them. Evidently the cleaners forgot the code.

I came in to the Starbucks on North Ave and my card would not work. I was so embarrassed because I had money and didn’t know why it wouldn’t work. Cody was checking me out and he said you know what! Don’t even worry about it today. I’ve got it! I was in shock. He made my whole day and he was so kind. Thank you so much for being a great person Cody. I pray that you are blessed. ❤️

Great atmosphere at this location. The only reason I gave 4-stars for service is the staff here trends a little more to the mellow side, and as such does not engage as much as other locations. The main room is typically quiet enough to work in, has great lighting and clean bathrooms.They do have some issues getting the drinks right at the drive-thru sometimes, but hey, they are only human.

I really dislike that this location tries to rush orders before I even get to menu. This has happened a lot. I don't have your menu memorized, who would do that? Also, the drive through is far from user friendly. You have to go up a street or two, which takes you another business parking lot before curving in, even thought the entrance sign is right there BUT the paint marks way you can't enter. I'd just rather go to another location in town that makes getting coffee an easy process for me in the morning.
