Standard Starbucks. New building. I forgot me rewards this one time and she didn't ask. She told me she would have to void and redo. It was 2 foods and 2 large drinks. Like $25 in stars. That matters to me. But they were friendly all and all and doing the Starbucks thing.

As I was awaiting to order a tea, while the barista finished making a coffee drink, There was a box on the counter I thought was teabags. I touched one pulled it out a little bit, I saw it was not a teabag ,I put it back . She sternly reprimanded me telling me “do not touch anything on the counter.” I thought it was very rude ,The way she said it

I also ordered a few more drinks and he was really nice and didn’t try to rush me! Definitely one of my favorite starbucks in town now and will come back when I come to visit GJ!

Twice in the last week I’ve gotten terrible service and today my order was absolutely ruined. I ordered a decaf sugar cookie latte and they gave me one with a triple shot of espresso and because of the fast paced nature of their drive thru I didn’t stop to look at the label until I took a sip and realized it tasted wrong. Normally I don’t leave bad reviews for stuff like this but b2b bad experiences with different staff members makes me think the issue is more systemic especially since this location is pretty new. Pretty sad I spent upwards of $20 to have my day ruined because someone couldn’t take 2 seconds to hand me the correct cup. Decaf vs triple shot…. COME ON.
