“This day, when I treated myself to a Starbuck, the young woman working the counter was decked out in Christmas gear and extremely friendly. And what she said to me when I gave her my order is something I've since relayed to 2 friends and a dozen family members.This lovely barista asked me if I'd had anything to eat that day. She asked as though she knew I was ordering a large coffee, laden with sugar, as my first meal .....at 2 pm.Her scolding took me off guard. Was this genuine regard for my well being and choices? It turns out not, it was an upsell with the intent of selling pastries.BUT dat tone.❤I could see paying someone $100/hour to act like they care that much about my choices.Vegetarian options: Black coffee, coffee with soy milk, almond milk, and oat milk.“
“I came in to the Starbucks on North Ave and my card would not work. I was so embarrassed because I had money and didn’t know why it wouldn’t work. Cody was checking me out and he said you know what! The service was fast and the coffee was the usual tasty stuff. Yes, Starbucks is more expensive than some. But that is no surprise. My concern is speed of service, consistency of product, and friendliness of staff. This store matched my expectations in all categories.“

“The wonderful lady at the register who took my order was the most friendly and polite person I've interacted with ordering food or coffee in a long time. Then, as if I couldn't be more impressed, the nice girl who made my coffee was the fastest most efficient Starbucks employee I've EVER seen!! It was unreal how fast she made like 10 coffees to speed up the wait time!! I wasn't the only person who noticed both of these things too. Everyone was very happy with thier experience(This was at 9:30am on 9/1/23)PLEASE give these 2 lady's a raise asap!!“
