I ordered online on February 28 in the evening and usually its good but the two guys working night shift were apparently struggling. Both the sandwiches I ordered were made wrong and they weren't cheap. I find it funny they expect to be tipped when they can't even make two sandwiches correctly in a empty restaurant.

on 1/15/2024 I stood fo 10 minutes waiting to place my order and was the only person in the store the clerk was rude and could not even get my order right then would not cut the sandwiches into 6 inchers she the dropped the bag on the floor and did not want to place my order into a new bag after she tore the first one I am handicapped and she didnt care how I got out of the store... Will never go Back!!!!!!!!

Never walked out of a fast food restaurant before until today. Some lady treated myself and my wife very rudely. The lady in front of us who was drunk almost knocked over the glass cover and was treated like a saint. So finally we got our chance to order and she just started to make our sandwich without asking us how we wanted it and implied we could not afford an upcharge for our kids sandwich. We have gone to the location on 12th and orchard for years and have not been treated that way before. Seems like once they changed managers they went downhill.

Don't use the app to order. App allows you to choose a pickup time but order is never ready and very rarely made correctly. Mobile orders are to be treated as VIP and go next in line, this location does not follow that. This location also has staff that cannot read as orders are always missing something or lack the proper amount of protein

My wife and I have been frequenting this particular Subway for about 4 years. The first 3 years it was a great spot. staff was plentiful and friendly and the place was clean. They remodeled it about a year or so back. Not sure if a new ownership has occurred but I would avoid this one now, appears to have cycled through a whole new crew. We went in their this past Sunday at 12:30 PM. One couple was cashing out, one guy ahead of us. What struck us this time was how slow the kids were working and just how filthy the place was. This wasn't right at opening time, this was 12:30. The bins that they keep the veggies in were all nearly empty, the cookie rack was empty, the back counter was filthy with scraps of meat and veggies scattered about, the new slicing machine honestly looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a couple days, the glass on the counter was smudged and looked to have not been cleaned in a few days. Everywhere we looked there was yet another unappetizing look at something. #neveragain

There was big in order in front of me had to wait a bit with two employee taking care of that I finally gave my order and waited then a customer was rude behind he was in a hurry that put me on a back burner I told the customer to fuck off the employee should taken care of who in front of me and mine very dissatisfied

Never order your food online 45 mins before you lunch break to walk in and pick up for them to push your order to the side and then make it in front of you behind 3 other customers..

I went here hoping to have the peppers and onions cooked in the oven as I have a stomach condition that makes it so I can’t eat it raw. The man at the counter refused, and when I asked why, he responded that he didn’t want to do the extra dishes. After finally convincing him, he did not put the peppers and onions on the sandwich while it was roasting. I had to come home, take apart the sandwich, and fry them myself. Good food, but not so great service.
