“My wife and I had dinner at this Subway. I spilled my drink the second I sat down. When I asked for a towel to clean it up a young man spoke up and said “no sir! I will get that cleaned up immediately!” I soon found out his name is Kevin. He did as promised and promptly mopped the floor and cleaned the table. All with a smile. “The cookies always taste off. The chocolate chip cookies don't taste like chocolate chip cookies, not sure how to describe them. Otherwise it's great food and service, but the cookies have gone down hill and thats sad cause I loved getting them.“

“I accidentally left my house without shoes and a mask. Halfway through my day my stomach git the rumbles. You know, the kind of rumbles that make you hungry for hands? Well I stepped inside this location. The employees didnt care that I wasnt wearing shoes. I ordered a BMT with extra fingers (I was craving hands but also trying to get my beach bod back). The artist said they dont serve "fingers" and while I was processing this disappointment he proceeds to "accidentally" chop his finger off. 10/10 would visit again. I tipped an extra $20 for the eye contact during the "accident"“

“Food was good service was ok at best and atmosphere was mediocre at best. Two of the employees were sitting at a booth with there feet on the table and the girl who was working seemed put out that we were there and wanted to eat. The store was empty as far as customers when we were there and stayed that way the whole time we sat and ate our food. I was more than a little surprised to see this new store so void of customers being on Horizon Drive and so close to interstate 70, I think I liked the store better when it was in the gas Station across the street from the current location.“
“a trainee was being supported by a very impressive teacher. She gave directions and corrections with respectful attitude toward trainee and customers. Sandwich was properly made, no napkins but was able to borrow from my friend. Training is difficult when you have your own customer job to complete plus keeping eyes on the trainee and their customer. Good job Subway!“
