This was my first time here but not my friends. The service was great very fast and friendly but the food was not right. The meat seemed to have no flavor but couldn't pinpoint it exactly what the issue was.

We ordered some food to pick up. Got there and they had not put it in yet. We ordered the pepe shrimp. Got home with it and it was the bacon wrapped shrimp. Started to eat it because we did not want to complain but it was not what we wanted. Called back told us they will make what we ordered, but had to pay the difference. Was fine with that. Got there and they had not put it in yet. Then they told us that we ate a little of the other,which we did. I had a bite and my husband had a bite. So they told us we will have to pay the full price of the pepe. They were very rude. We use to go there quite often, but I will never be back and I will let all my friends know. It is a shame to treat customers that way.
Everything was very delicious and excellent service and attention. I will return soon.

Deluxe Taco Salad was like eating dog food! Taco had 2 little chunks of hamburger and the refried beans were soupy, lettuce wilted. Told the waitress it was horrible. She said, Oh really?? I will NEVER waste my money on this place again!!!!
We mainly go here for the flan ????? the foods great too! But the Lan is to die for ?????

Spent $20 on a combination plate. I'm vegetarian so I asked for no meat at all when I got home there was meat on everything. When I went back the lady argued with me for 5 minutes then when I asked for a refund she brought out a gift certificate. Horrible service, awful food. DEFINITELY would not recommend this location!!

I ordered creamy enchiladas. The picture shows they are smothered in creamy sauce. I get my plate and it has hardly any sauce. I ask for more sauce and my server brings a bowl of melted-ish cheese. It was edible. I get my bill and they charged 8 bucks for the bowl of cheese. My opinion El Tapitio is better.
