“The food was good, but the beans were dry and the mild green chili didn't really have much flavor compared to other restaurants. The service was fast, but we didn't see our server after the food was placed on the table until we finished eating. Our empty glass sat at the edge of the table the whole meal. When the server finally came, to see if we needed anything, we asked for a refill on our drinks. The server brought the check. We asked again for refills and finally received them. She never came back to take our money, so we had to take it to the front.“
“My family loves Chili's and this is the first time we have had a really bad experience (March 2024).The wait time for our pick up order was over 1/2 hour and service at the front desk was minimal at best. Our order had fries missing on two orders plus the food was cold. I called the location (Grand Junction CO) and asked to speak to a manager.I was transferred to Kyle and he turned an unhappy experience around. He was extremely professional and listened to my concerns without interruption and then offered a solution to the problem. He understood my frustration and offered a gift card, remake the meal and deliver it or any thing I might suggest.In today's service industry, I appreciated his understanding of the situation and the prompt way in which he handled the situation without question.Chili's management should be very pleased to have such an outstanding supervisor on their team.Way to go Kyle!!“
