I’ve had a lot of different Chinese and Sushi restaurants in the city, but not like this. They had a very good selection of sushi and other appetizing entrees. Everything came to us quickly neatly presented and the staff were extremely friendly. I am very impressed, most definitely a returning customer in the future!

The service was great! The food was nasty. I eat a lot of sushi from a lot of different places, it is the only thing I crave! HahaIt was not good sushi at all! The rice with the Nigiri pieces was off, dry and,old. It was not fresh at all! The fish on top was not in the slightest firm. It was mushy and tasted as if it was frozen not fresh! The other 5 rolls were just tasting way off, either the flavor was not there or it tasted gross for many reasons. I usually can eat a lot and the only reason I stop is because I can't eat another bite, but here I didn't want to eat another bite because it did not taste good! The tea was good. The stuff not sushi related was so so. Nobody at the table finished their food so take that for what it's worth. I will not go back. Two stars because the service really was great.

Great place for sushi! We were in the mood for sushi tonight and we found an excellent restaurant, The Red Maple. The meal was prepared quickly and it was some of the best sushi that we have found in GJ. Be sure to leave room for the mango cake for dessert. It melts on your tongue. We'll be sure to come back.

First let me say the food is great here. This is the second time we've eaten at this place. Our first experience was horrible and unfortunately was just as bad this time. The staff are friendly but the service is extremely slow. We decided a second try because the first was so badbut it's been long enough we thought maybe there would be improvement. Sadly not. Outstanding sushi just be prepared for at least a couple hours between seating and actually getting service to order and receive your food.

I have eaten at almost every sushi and Chinese food place in the Valley. In saying that, THESE GUYS ARE PHENOMENAL! The remodeled the whole place and it is very classy. The staff attended us remarkably. 10 syars!!!

Inside is beautiful. We got a to-go order and it was up pretty quick. Lots of different sushi rolls, we all tried something new. Sushi portions were pretty good, our other food portions were on the smaller side, and the price leaned towards the high side.The sushi was excellent the fried rice and sweet and sour chicken were OK.

Dude! The service and the food were most excellent! I didn't have very big expectations because of the location but some friends tipped me off about this place and their food, and this was a great surprise! I thoroughly enjoyed everything I ate here, the sushi, the orange chicken, the rice, the sweet and sour chicken and even the little birthday cakes they brought out were like a sweet delicacy and not some cheap ice cream sundae like you usually receive. Very impressed and will definitely be going back!

As soon as I walked in I was impressed with the atmosphere and it carried through into the meals and dishes as well. Everything we ate was absolutely delicious and I am looking forward to trying more dishes in the future. The staff was welcoming and courteous. This is now my new favorite Asian restaurant in town!
Once again, phenomenal food and amazing staff. I didn't get pictures because we were too busy eating them. I wish people would give this place a chance. I've been here about 10 times and I've never been disappointed. I know it's in an odd location, but is some of the best sushi and the best customer service I have received in Grand Junction. Thanks again for another great experience.

The food tasted so wonderful. I'd have to say it's some of the best Chinese food I've had. The decor was beautiful. The service was exceptional. Everyone was very friendly. Also they have some of the smoothest sake that I have had and best sushi that comes beautifully that is a feast for the eyes.

The fish was fresh and wonderful, the rolls were as beautiful as they tasted. The hot and sour soup was great. I will definitely be back. The reason I gave them a 4 star instead of a 5 is because the parking lot had trash in it and the curb appeal poor. The inside is clean and inviting the wait staff was tops. Don't let the outside deter you, it's a must try.
