John and his crew did an absolute amazing job catering our wedding. From start to finish, John was easy to connect and communicate with for every little detail. He was very professional and knowledgeable on how to do weddings and brought up procedures we would’ve never thought about. It truly made our day that much easier for us and guests alike. They showed up to the venue fully prepared and accommodated to the location perfectly. Our guests enjoyed the food we picked out and were impressed with how The Ribber prepared all of the dishes. John and his crew also helped cut cake, clean up and dispose of trash. I highly recommend The Ribber for weddings or any other event you may have. Such a nice group of people to have help you make it the best possible experience. P.s. - His Mac and Cheese was such a hit at our wedding!

I was the lead planner at a wedding John and his staff catered. They were amazing--they got set up quickly--made changes as needed--always communicated with me about what they needed and the times they needed them in. They went above in making sure people were served quickly in a buffet and then moved to serving desserts as needed. They cleaned the kitchen so completely and quickly. John and his staff are friendly and quick. They made my work as the planner so easy. The leftovers were boxed up and the families were able to take them home so easily. And the prime rib, mashed potatoes, and mac and cheese bar served made my night!! So yummy.
