I have been going there multiple times a week and get the same thing every time. Then, all of a sudden, they want to charge for an extra salsa. They get really rude about it. I wont be going back anytime soon.

Hi, all. Yeah so it's upsetting that I have to give a bad review but along with Emily. W in the reviews, I also ALWAYS get ripped off. One time they took a $9 tip off my card without my approval. I even put a 0 on the tip line of the receipt and looked at my charges later on to find I was over charged $9. So I gave them another chance recently and we went last Friday. This time I was over charged $12.50. We Enjoy the food but, not loving being ripped off so we won't be back.✌️

I tried this place for lunch because I always see a line of cars in the drive thru. The place is small and not very clean. It took about 10 minutes before someone took our order. The food was below average: the meat was unseasoned ground beef and the sauces are all pretty much liquid ketchup with no real authentic flavor.I don't actually regret trying it but I'll never go there again of my own free will. There's much better places to get a decent meal than this place. It would seem my quest for decent Mexican food in northern Colorado is still ongoing. I'm not sure of its the altitude or what but I've tried dozens of places and the best I've found is only able to be rated as edible, nothing really good.

Best breakfast burrito in town, but give it 4 stars. Because they're now $8.40.

The workers are always rude and act irritated with your existence. When I apologized and asked if we could add a taco to our order, the guy rolled his eyes, slammed the window shut and started yelling and tossing things around inside. We ordered a beef burrito tonight, and it was literally just a tortilla filled with only beef. No beans, veggies, cheese, nothing. Had to come home and add all the rest of the fillings from our fridge. We just keep coming back because I haven't found anywhere else that makes Carne Asada fries the way they do.

Food is good, but costumer service needs a lot of improvement. If you walk-in, workers look bothered that you decide to eat there. As far as drive-thru, I’m pulling up, still away from the speaker, and the person taking order is already asking “can I help you” and if you take a moment to look at the menu, he starts screaming “can I help you”

It was okay but I asked for a horchata, waited about 15 mins and didn't get it... The food was okay but I REALLY WANTED A HORCHATA. So that made me feel sad and incomplete.

Great food through the drive through and the Horchata was amazing. I'd go again just for the food

This is a really small place near the freeway. It doesn't look like much from the outside and they have limited seating on the inside. However, the food here is REALLY good and they give you plenty of it and the price isn't bad. The best part is they're open 24hrs perfect after a night in downtown at 2am. So if you're hungry after a night of drinking stop on by and try this place out. You can park and eat inside too even if it's late/ early morning. The door is always open so you don't have to eat in your car.

What we got made the old Casa Bonita food seem gourmet. Shredded meat dyed red, is it beef? Is it chicken? I couldn't tell. Bland, cheap. Charged over $6 to add cheese to our burritos. Taco shell boiled to death in grease. Inedible. Way over priced for what you get. Tried something new, regret it. I will never take my business here again. Yuck!
