Finally woke up early enough to get myself food before work! Caroline was incredibly sweet and made me quite possibly the best royal mug i’ve ever tasted. Haven’t tried the Lexi yet but i’m sure it’s just as fantastic!

You could easily write an essay with all the dust on the walls. Place is pretty dirty, just can only imagine what the back of the house looks like.
I received a gift card to The Blue Mug as a holiday gift. As someone who does not live in Greeley, but works here, I have visited this location a handful of times. In previous visits, I have not had any concerns with service or the products that I received; however, I have tried several times within the past week to go use my gift card. Every time, the store has been closed despite their website, posted signs, and other sources like Yelp saying they're open. Mind you, I have gone when they have allegedly been open for 30+ minutes already according to signage. Today, there was finally someone in the store; however, doors were locked/they were still not open. Needless to say, I will be throwing the gift card out as I am no longer interested in chasing down a company so I can spend my money there when their signage is unreliable. It's not worth it.

My recent visit to the Blue Mug Pot Coffee Bar in West Greeley left a positive impression. I took my son there, who was missing our old coffee shop from our previous town, and he ordered the hot cocoa. I opted for a decaf seasonal latte, and was pleasantly surprised to find a gluten-free snack available. My son enjoyed his drink, mentioning that it reminded him of our favorite coffee spot in our previous town, which is a comforting connection to our past. This makes the Blue Mug Pot Coffee Bar a valuable find as we adjust to our new city. The barista demonstrated thoughtfulness by double-checking my decaf order, ensuring my sensitivity to caffeine was respected. I appreciated this attention to detail, highlighting the customer-centric approach. Though I've only been once, I'm looking forward to returning and exploring more of their offerings. The atmosphere felt comfortable, making it an inviting place to meet with friends. The fact that it's not a big chain adds to its charm. Overall, a positive experience, and I'm glad to have found a local gem in West Greeley.
My chai latte is delicious but I think the barista accidentally made it with cow milk instead of oat milk. Not a big deal for me, but maybe something to keep an eye out for in case someone is more sensitive than I am.

My drink was fine and the service friendly. However, I elected to sit outside. Their patio is a disaster. Bird droppings in the corners and on the tables. I even saw a dead fledging in that mess. One of the tables was broken and several chairs have seen better days. It is not a big area, and so I don't understand why they can't keep it clean.

Loved the ambience, and staff was very friendly. My only problem was the coffee must have been old. I asked for a lighter strength. But the one I pumped my cup with was very strong and bitter. I think maybe since coffee is their main feature. They might want to consider keeping it fresh. After I poured it the gal said I could have a refill as she was going to dump it soon. Well as it was I got pretty loaded on the caffeine. One cup was plenty and I still am not sure why I finished it. But I'm willing to try again, because of the friendly service and cleanliness. I just came in to late in the day. :-)

The black bean & bacon burrito is great; filling, flavorful, colorful, and priced below competitors. The salsa is bueno too. It is spicy at the right caliber and duration and complements the burrito ingredients very well. Plus the people are super friendly and go out of their way to be friendly. This is a great place to get a yummy, affordable meal.
