EAT SOMEWHERE ELSE!Ordered online, because I'm traveling and tired, Ordered door dash, Ordered 6 wing got 5, Ordered 3 regular Ranch and got 2 whatever Ranch, Ordered mountain dew and got Dr Pepper, yet you charge me 40$ to not only get my order wrong, but to pay higher wages to people who obviously don't care about customers that can't dine in, because they know they won't show up and complain. When I'm not traveling I don't eat out. I'm reading the reviews on this location and wow!!!! Definitely not customer oriented at all.

Tonight, my wife and I, thought we would spend the night in with a movie and wings from Buffalo Wild Wings in Greeley Co. Wont do that again. Took just shy of 2 hours, 3 pickup drivers, and all of our disappointment when we did finally get our food (we were the delivery drivers only drop off so definatley wasnt dashers fault). Chicken wings barley sauced but this really didnt matter compared to our food being dry, cold, and missing wings. Dont know why and dont care what their situation was. Today when Im choosing to spend my money on over priced food (lets face it, we are all experiencing the price hike) I expect it to at least get all that I ordered and it needs to at least be warm. I will never spend my money here again, maybe they just dont care about their Ecomm business but I highly doubt going inside the restaraunt would be any better of an experience.

I called and asked if it was busy Cody answered telling me the bar had seating when I told him I was in the parking lot he then told me “maybe don’t come in” then hung up.

Came in and ordered wings and fries for husband and I. We asked for no seasoning, it came out with so much pepper, we sent it back. My wings came with the fries. My husband's order didn't show up for 10 minutes, we had to ask the waitess where it was at. Once he got his wings they were half cold and only got half the order. They were clearly sitting on the counter. The waitess doesn't check on you often, this is the last time we will be eating at this location.

So disappointed in this place now. Spent 200.00 on a party of 6 for cold burgers, fries, and onion rings. Wings with the wrong sauce. Beer taps not working? Slow and inept server. And the place was NOT crowded! Everyone in the party had something wrong with their order. Very bad.

We went to celebrate for my son's performance last night, but the person who was seating the guests was awful. We had a big family before us, but the people that were coming in after us were being seated before, so we just left.

It's bdubs, you know what to expect. Bar tenders are nice, food is good, atmosphere is unique and welcoming. The late night menu is what's most worth it.
This place has amazing workers! We recieved an order that was missing a few items and Michelle comped our next meal for us, what awesome service, can't thank you enough for fixing it for us, ur team is great
