Elaine.I have never had good customer service at Burger King until today. I’m not sure if you can give a worker their own review but Elaine definitely deserves one. It doesn’t take much to be kind yet you never find kindness anywhere. Thank you Elaine for making this experience good.
Always slow, annnd no it’s not because your food is fresh. I waited for 10ish or so minutes foe them to acknowledge me at the drive thru. My chicken fries were rubbery. They tried giving me my drink with no ice. Burger King managers and workers hear me out: When YOU ask me what kind of sauce I want. This was a dine-in occasion. Drive thru is always slow and maybe I know why. There were only two people working and dine-in was slow. They also made it clear (through body language) that they didn't want to be there and didn't want us there either.
