What a scam on portions this Chipotle has become. My bowl was only half full and for $12 it's an absolute rip off. Contacted Chipotle online and was told "sorry" and nothing else. What absolute horrible customer service.

Kaitlyn is a great manager ? Her level of customer service is just amazing. I complained about not being able to chew the steak in my bowl, and she went above and beyond my inconvenience, out of the kindness in her heart. Thank you so much ❤️

First time trying Chipotle and I was disappointed. That food needs to be seasoned! Everything tasted bland and it wasnt that busy but the workers seemed to be in a rush. Went back a second time and the second time was the same. If you like your food seasoned dont come here. Overall 3/10 :(

Havent been there in years. I've got a little anxiety so I rushed myself through but my son and husband got what they wanted we all left happy! They have a few different meat choices. Delicious queso and guac! They offer black and pinto beans. They also offer white or brown cilantro rice. I hate cilantro but its not bad at all!! I wish they had a non cilantro version though. Can't wait to go back. Thank you.

Tried to let them know about there hours not matching up on google and the shooed me out the door. Told me they were not open yet but I was trying to help there review but they said “corporate deals with that, we aren’t open yet.” Hours say until 11 pm instead of what the door says, 9:45pm.

Everything was good other than they charge $6.50 for an extra scoop of Carne Asada (which half falls out)!! That’s equivalent to $24/lb… There’s no way they pay that much per pound to be charging that much for 3-4 oz…
I go to this chipotle frequently. They are always clean. Staff is friendly and quick during the lunch rush. I typically order online for pick up. My food is consistently good, prepared correctly, and always ready on time. Definitely recommend this location.

When I went in, I wasn’t greeted or anything by ANY staff, I looked at the food and tell me why the guacamole was dark almost black?!!! How is that fresh?!!! And the atmosphere is full of tension. Please address these issues.

I have ordered from here multiple times due to the proximity it is from campus and each time the experience has been pleasant. There is a quality control so you get what you expect every time you order something. The portions are perfect with not too much rice/beans or too little protein. The service is also good as they are friendly and always have the food out for mobile orders in a timely manner.
