We waited for over an hour to get our food, we had one member of our party had to leave because they couldn't wait any longer. During the wait we finally flagged down our server. She said our food was next and they would comp us a dessert. After another 30 min we still didn't have any food, never filled our waters or gave an update. Our reservation was at 6 food arrived at 7:45. We eat at Coyotes almost every week, this was handled terribly.

Not easy to find good Tex/Mex style food in Colorado, but Coyote's does it pretty darned well! All the food we tried was tasty as were most the drinks - my wife didn't care for one, but we both agreed that was just her preference and the server took it off the bill without issue. Cheap beers too, though I'd love to see WAY more local options on tap!

I have been to Coyote's SW grill any times, have hosted parties there for class reunions and for several golf trips with 20-30 golfers. The managerial staff are outstanding to work with, the waitstaff have always been outstanding and the food, especially for large groups is always plentiful and very good. The owners are great to work with as well, a great restaurant for lunch, dinner or large group happy hours.
