Avoid this location for takeout orders.Their website doesn't allow customers to order correctly, so either A) you'll have to put in special instructions and hope they can read or B) deal with ordering something you don't want. Then they'll turn around and throw every excuse imaginable your way because God forbid they refund a customer for their own mistake.Disgustingly poor customer service. 0/5EDIT: Got confirmation this location splits orders despite charging full price. DO NOT ORDER TAKEOUT.

Really good food but one time it was super smoky inside from BBQ. We smelled like smoke all day. Sad the other location closed.

1st time eating at this particular restaurant and I hated it. The place was dirty. And the food tasted like it was days old. I've been to plenty Dickey's and this one was by far the WORSE. As bad as it was, I'm surprised its still open for business.

The staff is friendly enough but apparently their drive-thru speaker doesn't work and there's no sign about it. Waited there for 5 minutes with no response before going inside. While inside, I noticed that the person who was behind me in the drive-thru had just gone up to the window and was being helped there

Another great lunch from Dickey's while out with Nephew.

Got the 2 meat plate. Only received one of my sides. The ranch is also watered down here for some reason. Has the consistency of water so I’m not sure if they make their own ranch. Disappointed in not receiving my other side. 17$ a meal so I was hoping to get all of it. Friendly staff.

We dined in Greeley for a late lunch. The young lady was frustrated because of the amount of customers. My sandwich was wrong. I made 2 trips to up make it right. If I had taken my food home I would have been really upset. The young man tried to make it right and was very pleasant. We won't be back.

Made an online order. They confirmed it.went to pick it up and they didn't have order. They said they couldn't cook because their fryers we're down. So I cancelled the order. They told me it would take a week for a refund. It's been three weeks. No one has contacted me at all.

Fryer is broken. Didn't have any chips for frito pie. I got the baked potato with brisket. They put pulled pork instead and the potato was over cooked and hard. Not good at all :(

I drove through ordered one item and they couldn't get that right I asked for a chopped beef sandwich. They gave me a thrown together beef sandwich. That's cold and inediblely tough, wasted money sucksss.

Tldr; Took three people more than 20 minutes to make an order for two (meats and sides are prepared at the start of the day; all they had to do was fry some 5 minute wings and put meat in a bun). Left the restaurant and found out the order was completely wrong. Will not be returning.I’ve worked at a Dickeys restaurant for two years. The item that takes longest to prepare is chicken tenders, at 5-6 minutes in the fryer. When I went in today to pick up an order, the restaurant had no line and was completely empty except for a couple who were already eating. The three workers I could see hadn’t even begun making the order, so it would stay fresh, and that’s fine. However, an order of two sandwiches, two already prepared sides (non fried), and a few chicken tenders taking three workers more than 20 minutes to prepare is not fine. That is outrageous. At longest, it should have taken 10 minutes, and even that is crazy for a completely empty restaurant and three people. Even worse, after leaving the restaurant, I found out they got the order wrong. Horrible experience, and I will not be returning to this restaurant.

Took the family out for BBQ. We placed our order, being careful not to order pork ( the wife is deathly allergic). When our plates were delivered I noticed that my "Old School" didn't look like brisket. I ask and was told it was "The Old Fashion" which is pulled pork. The young lady offered to take it and replace the pork with brisket..I told her that since it's gonna get thrown out anyway that id just keep it expecting to give it to the kids or dog. I was informed that " no, we can still use this" Really!!!??NOT LEGAL OR ETHICAL...I offered a solution. Leave it and I'll pay for brisket.So....my friends. Did you enjoy my/your pulled pork on Thursday night ???? Ummm.?Not cool...I AM from Texas...and I wouldn't give u second hand Pulled Pork...And as an addition. The response marked "by owner" is not by the owner. These places are franchises...took 2 days for corporate to ask for a copy of this review and ask to send me coupons. Still haven't heard from THE OWNER. What terrible place. Hey DICKEYS GIVE ME THIS SPOT...I'll treat ur customers right.

I ordered through DoorDash. 30 minutes after ordering, when driver showed up to get my food, my ORDER WAS CANCELLED WITH NO EXPLANATION OR CALLS! If you aren’t going to honor your hours, then CHANGE THEM!!!! You can’t leave a family of 5 hanging when you DECIDE you don’t want to process that last big order of the night! I will NEVER frequent this establishment again! I’ll take my $100+ orders (every time) somewhere else that will appreciate and honor my business.

Every time I go here the staff is visibly shaken. Everyone is stressed out beyond belief. No one really wants to help you. I’ve door dashed from here over 10 times and every single time they replace your pecan pie with cookies. What’s the deal? Is it a pain to prepare? How on earth could you be out of pie every single time no matter what time of day? That’s an easy answer. The employees don’t care. The food I received yesterday was not edible. It was atrocious and I’m over it. I expect a reply here or I’m going to escalate this situation as far as I can. Trust me. I have the free time. I want my order completely remade fresh with everything we asked for. It’s not your place to give me cookies and brownies when I ordered pecan pie. I can’t even eat chocolate. I get the job can be frustrating. That being said no one is making the employees work there. It’s a personal choice. To put out the food and service you did yesterday should be criminal. Remember. This isn’t the first time. I have documentation and receipts. This was literally the 10th time. I would prefer to handle this with the store locally but I’ve got all the corporate contact information in the event you decide to not care. I need this made right. Completely right. I’m waiting Thanks.

Today was my last time for dining at this location. The AC was broken, several flies joined us, no music, no pulled pork - on a Deal of the Day that is supposed to have pulled pork, no fries, I had to ask for new jalapeno chedder sausage since the one the gal was cutting up was all burnt and dried out, the BBQ beans appeared to have been not fully cooked, and the ice cream machine was out of order. This location used to be just as good as the one out west, particularly before the pandemic, but has steadily declined in food quality and apperance since then. Price of meals has progressively increased however. If dramatic improvements are not made, I suggest closing up shop and concentrating remaining efforts at the location on the West side of Greeley. Thank you. Honestly, if I could rate my experience with a half star, I would have.
