Went there today. My family got the chicken and cheese sandwich. The chicken sandwich was good. Igot the jumbo jack, and it was terrible ? not fresh at all. The smell from the hamburger not very pleasant. The cheese on the burger was so hard. Like it was microwaved.

By far the worst customer service I've ever received. I waited over 20 minutes for an order that I placed ahead of time that was supposed to take 10 minutes to be ready. They refuse to address me. They did not greet me. They did not say goodbye to me. They were annoyed by me. I had to tell them three times I was there for a previous order. They didn't ask me my name to make sure it was my order. Two customers ahead of me, one waiting out front for their order and one still at the window. Two people behind me that were still there when we pulled away after the 20+ and they were still waiting to just order. I've worked night crew for fast food. This was absolutely ridiculous of us and the excuse he have was that they were " trying to figure out the mini tacos".. that was long before I left the intercom.

Service is awful. After you pay, they tell you you are basically not as important than anyone who may come after you. "Please park in front". Not that there was anyone behind me, but someone may come and you can wait. Yes, I waited over 10 minutes, to get most of my order (oops!). :(

They were out of every soda and drink, out of onion rings took 30 min just to take our order, something needs to be fixed here horrible experience not tryjng to sound like a karen at all but when we are waiting 45 min between getting order and our food when there isnt a line at all there is definitely something

Hey everyone it's Food Guy checking out food here and there... Giving a review of this restaurant starts with the truth, and the truth is why? Why are you out of your most popular food items..this makes the visit a disappointment.Atmosphere 2.5 ⭐Location 2 ⭐Service 4 ⭐ **?-Food 1.5⭐Price 1⭐Unfortunately this restaurant did not score very high. The team leader was very pleasant and attentive but there was a lot of unpleasant activities coming from the back room.The dinner area was not as clean as it should have been. Our food was very plain. It was not prepared with care, seemed very lack luster. Prices are far to high for what we received.I very much enjoy Jack in the Box but overall I believe this restaurant could use some improvements. It's not horrible but unfortunately it only received a 1.5 ⭐ rating maybe a 2 ⭐
