Not only their food is good. But they're customer service is wonderful. I ordered today over the phone and They accidentally gave me the wrong sandwiches that I ordered. It comes to over sixty dollars. I live in ault. I spoke with him on the phone to figure out what they could do. And they brought my money all the way here. And reimbursed me for the whole amount. I thought that was so awesome. God bless them at Jimmy Johns. They are on 10th street in greeley. Thank you again

I received a coupon for a $4.99 regular sized sandwich and went to the store located on 10th street to redeem the coupon. When I was ordering I informed the person at the window that I was wanting to redeem the offer, he told me nothing about it being excluded to certain items. When I went to pay I noticed the sandwich was regular priced and I asked the cashier if he had applied the discount and he said yes. When I looked at the receipt I noticed he did not apply the discount so I went back into the store to ask them about which was when they informed me it was excluded on certain items. I’m upset because if I would’ve known that from when I was ordering I would’ve ordered something different that could have used the discount. I feel I was mis informed and wished they would’ve asked to make it right instead of excusing the situation.

You guys need to refund my order immediately. You say my order was delivered at 11:10 but I called you at 11:17 asking where it was and you said you were slammed and there were 3 or 4 orders ahead of me. So I waited, while I was working, for my food to come. And it never did. So I called back at 1 and you say it was delivered before I called the first time and there’s nothing you can do. You need to contact me or refund me.

My sandwich got delivered to wrong house.manger Anthony said there was nothing he could do.no refund then said can I get another one a rudly accepted and my husband.said ain't no way I am having a mad employee make my sandwich.the sad part is you have to think about what bad things they can do.this is the same store that has messed our orders up at my school.so now I am out 25.00 and no sandwich.I am done with Jimmy John's.third time in two weeks same Dam store messing my orders up.you just lost a good paying customer.thanks for taking my 25.00 Anthony ??? he is not manager quality

I remember when jimmy johns used to be good food at reasonable prices. I usually get a #10 or #12. Used to be when ya got a #12, there used to be enough guac to taste it. Now there's so little it's between cheese slices and can't see it nor taste it while eating it. What a joke. Guess everyone is cutting corners. Figured at almost $11 for sandwich only you would get what you pay for.

Placed online order. When we got home with our food my sandwich had a single piece of Provolone cheese in it, nothing else. It was supposed to be a Turkey Tom. Called the restaurant and spoke to Ryan, upon talking to him he hung up on me. Horrible food and response from management

Have ordered for delivery (3.9 from location) in the past with the usual $10-$20 dollar tip. Placed order tonight 10/14/2023 and was told to call the Center Place location (9 miles from location).Called Center Place. They said I should call The 47th and 10th location since they are 3.9 mile away. I agreed and thought there was a misunderstanding. I called the 47th and 10th location again and asked what there delivery range was. gentleman said he needed to ask the supervisor. No problem. He tells me delivery range is 5 to 10 miles. Perfect, I'm 3.9 miles away. Gave address again, Gentleman puts manager on the phone. Manager stated we do not deliver to your area. Very frustrating. This location has delivered here multiple times in the past with no issues. Double edge sword for me and my family. We love the the product but, will not be engaging with this business or any Jimmy Johns.
Why does this location REFUSE to cut a sandwich in half...? I'm in a hurry and not trying to have a footlong up to my face while I'm driving or have a half eaten sandwich for my lunch break later. It's really not that hard. Literally the last 4 times I've come, I've asked and been ignored

Usually have no issues here. Great food. Today came into the parking lot a little fast as I almost missed the turn in. Got my order and was berated by the manager for my driving. It's not "his" parking lot as he told me. Don't need at 57 someone telling me how I should drive at a drive up window. Like I am doing him a favor by shopping there. Don't want problems in the future, I guess I will let him feel important today. Still great food.
