Horrible service. Ordered dinner on a Monday night, said it would take 40 minutes to deliver. After an hour I called three times before someone answered and was told it would be here soon. An hour 20 minutes later ( now 40 minutes after it was supposed to be delivered ), the food showed up. Delivery driver walked right through my front yard garden and over the very obvious garden edging that is five inches above the ground. Food was gross. Pad Thai was extremely lacking flavor ( other then a heavy spice) and was extremely mushy like it had been sitting all day. Fried rice isn’t fried at all. Chicken dish my husband ordered was way over cooked and hard. Dumplings were really deflated and no filled at all. No flavor. Over all , disappointing.

My wife ordered a Hot and sour soup for a total of $5.38. She got there and she was going to pay $5 on her card and she had the .38 cents. They refused to sell her the soup and they belittled her. Never go there Consumers. What they did was discrimination and profiling. I will contact a attorney on this.

General Taos chicken didn’t even have any chicken it was all breading. Ordered two Different orders and only got one order of rice.

Great food, best of 5 different Chinese food restaurants that deliver, in Greeley. They don’t “bread” their chicken in Cashew Chicken, either! Beef with snow peas was good beef and good sauce that even picky husband likes it. Yay!

If I could give 6 stars, I would. This is a fantastic restaurant serving quality food at an affordable price! Definitely my go-to Chinese food spot in the city! Plus, they have a drive-thru for when you’re in a rush. It truly is a dream come true to have such an all-around amazing experience at Lc Oriental. The service is always incredibly friendly as well!

This is a great restaurant for a cheap price! It's the price of cheaper Chinese restaurants but the quality of an upper class place. Delicious sesame chicken, great rice that's not dry and nice and sticky, and the steamed broccoli was a perfect side. Definitely my new Chinese spot in the Greeley area! Only took them about 10-15 minutes and the service was very friendly!

I decided to wait a day after this incident to determine if it was truly as inappropriate as I thought it was. The answer I’ve found is yes, so I wanted to share in case anyone else has a similar issue with disrespect from staff. I made a mistake and ordered from this restaurant instead of the one I was actually heading to (I have no idea why it came up with this number on Google, but that’s not the big deal). When I contacted the restaurant after I realized the mistake, they informed me that the food had already been made. I let them know I was very far away and was incredibly sorry for the misunderstanding. Both the man and the woman, but mostly the woman, began berating and yelling at me for wasting their food. I once again apologized genuinely and she said that saying sorry and apologizing will not fix it and that I need to apologize to God. I have worked in food service for 7 years and sometimes these mistakes happen. The yelling, shaming, and disrespect from her was uncalled for and I will never be ordering from them even if I do travel to this area.

I decided on a chill Friday night, I wanted Chinese. I’ve lived across the street from LC Oriental for over 6 months now, and have never been there..until tonight. & WOW. GREAT FOOD. HOT, COOKED TO ORDER, ALL AROUND GREAT CHINESE FOOD. Customer service was great too. My order was ready in less than 15 mins. I will DEFINITELY be going back!!!!
