Ok, here's the scoop.I've eaten here 2-times now, and I will not be back. The tortillas are small, dry, overpriced, understuffed & barely edible. If you're looking for a tequila bar, and you have plenty of money to spend, then by all means you should come here. If you're hungry and are looking for great food, then this is not the place for you. It was loud and disorganized, and you can't seem to get anyone interested in helping you with your needs, and for the price of the food the Chips and salsa should be bottomless and complimentary.Unfortunately... it's a definite no-go for me ever again.Good Luck Luna's Tacos.

My husband and I chose this restaurant for our lunch date and were highly disappointed. The restaurant seems nice and clean, and the atmosphere was cool. We ordered a drink, then our food, the food came out in an appropriate amount of time, but never got our drink. We told the lady who brought us our food about our drink, she told us she was gonna check on it but walked straight back to get more food to be delivered never checking w the bar. We put our service tag up and nobody checked on us. We eventually told 3 Diff people about our drink and it was never made, with at least 3 bartenders, some which were just standing around. We eventually got up and left without touching our food. A lady, which I assume was a manager, approached me and offered to comp our food but we were too disappointed and annoyed to go back in. I think new businesses underestimate the power of good customer service. There are many other restaurants in the windsor area that we enjoy tremendously and have great customer service such as windsor tavern

I ordered to go, and when I got home my food looked like this. Literally looks like it was thrown in the box… like they didn’t even try to assemble the tacos… I mean the sour cream isn’t even on the tacos. It was sitting right side up so I know it wasn’t my fault.

Came in for the first time on a Taco Tuesday where select tacos are $1, with purchase of a non-alcoholic or alcoholic drink. Food was good and came out quick. Restaurant was very busy and they were short staffed with waitstaff, and the lone bartender wasn’t able to keep up with the drink orders. Those folks were running their rears off and just needed more help. I didn’t complain but In the end they offered to comp my drink because it didn’t come out until I was done eating. All in all good food with excellent customer service to make up for the out of sync meal service.

Was in Greeley yesterday and was taken here for dinner. I didn’t know what to expect but loved it! Some of the best tacos and friendly service in Colorado! Also, what a great atmosphere! Even though I live 50 minutes away, might have to make special trips to Greeley just to eat here!

Imagination rules this restaurant. The tacos has flavors such as Brussel sprouts, mushroom, honey Adobo shrimp. No plain old ground beef tacos here. Service was perfect. Can't wait to try the one in windsor.
