The woman who work at 530 everyday are the most wonderful ladies. They are always very sweet and my order is always correct. They provide top notch service. They are the reason I get breakfast from there. Thank you ladies!

Honestly really disappointing. I asked for my fries to be made fresh since every other time I have came here my fries have been cold and soggy. I got home (5min away) and to no surprise they were old fries that had definitely been sitting for a while. Waste of money:(

It's a typical McDonald's atmosphere which is fine, the food is the typical McDonald's food,again.... WHICH IS FINE!!! The part that gets me is the part where I decide t get into my vehicle and drive 10 minutes up the road to McDonald's and order my wife, kids, and myself a good ole Vanilla milk shake and it never fails,,,,, "SORRY SIR, OUR ICE CREAM MACHINE IS DOWN AT THE MOMENT"Not acceptable McDonald's....Okay, I get it if it's 1-2 times every 2-3 months, but this is happening 2-3 times every week.... And I'm not exaggerating, this is the truth so help me GOD... Didn't McDonald's just have a massive lawsuit against them filed by the company that manufacturers the ice cream machine???? For doing exactly this very thing??? Which McDonald's lost AND HAD TO.PAY OUT MILLIONS AND MILLIONS OF DOLLARS?!?!?! SO WHAT IS GOING ON Corporate, YOU all will be paying out the WAHZOO again.... I was told to order at the kiosk, they refused to take my order at the counter, which... okay, not a problem... UNTIL... we ordered and once we got half our food, they told us the ice cream was out of order, but due to the kiosk ordering we already paid for it. Instead of offering a refund, they made us choose from mango or strawberry SMOOTHIES... Reluctantly we get the smoothie, it was not a smoothie it was mango juice and ice barely crushed. I didn't bother to go past one sip. If they had done their Jon, and taken my order I never would have run into the problem. While this sounds trivial, it's little things like this that can make or break a place for me. Zero hospitality, they acted as if it was my job to order only from the kiosk. The sandwiches tasted old and rubbery to say the best. I will not return here. Worst mcdonalds experience ever and that says ALOT, how can you mess up everything? Even my coffee, ordered sugar and cream, got a splash of cream. Just awful... these people aren't interested in food service, or customers, or food quality. They also won't give you your money back if you order something they're out of. Id stay away, it's actually terrible.

Corporate won't let them close despite they have no running water. That means they are using dirty dishes to cook our food, can't wash their hands, or have working bathrooms. That is both a health code violation as well as OSHA violations. I will be filing complaints with both.
