I ordered noodles and waited thirty minutes my driver got their to pick up my order and had to call me because the noodles I ordered were apparently frozen so they tried to offer something else, if I wanted different noodles I would have ordered different noodles! Very disappointed!!! Then when I call to cancel my order they said we will have the noodles tomorrow. Are you serious? I don't want the noodles tomorrow I want them tonight and considering the fact that I'm pregnant and can barely eat anything as it is because everything makes me sick, makes me very upset. This is unprofessional and if the option wasn't available it should have been taken off of the website to prevent situations like this! And all they could do was offer me a refund which will probably take days to go back to my card and say sorry. Wow. Not only am I sitting here hungry and trying to figure out what else I can eat but my driver is screwed out of his tip and wasted his time going there.

I've loved all the dishes I've tried. The service is great and it's an easy everyone order your fav kind of place with many selections to choose from. The only issue I have is the portions are not consistent and/or skimpy. We don't eat here often as the portions are really small and pricey.Kid-friendliness: My little one is a picky eater and he's been able to pick dishes that he will actually eat.

Horrible service! Placed my order online, received a time it would be ready went 10 mins after the said time and still had to wait 20 more mins. Food was super dry. Will not be going back. I ordered Mac n cheese and then they said to order egg noodles and garlic cream sauce and add mushrooms. It will taste just like the mushroom stroganoff they had. So they didn't have egg noodles and then you couldn't taste anything. I paid for them to add the mushrooms and there was 3 mushrooms lol. Ridiculous. They barely put any sauce on it. Then clumped the cheese in the middle. It was so disappointing. I haven't been here in 6 years and I will never go back ever again.

Ordered Garlic cheese bread and Penne Rosa with extra sauce, through Grub Hub. So disgusting!!!! Noodles cold and dry! Garlic cheese bread was cold, rubbery and they threw the crusty burnt cheese from their pan in my bowl of bread! When I called the store, I spoke with someone named Liam or Lane, I believe he said. Told me he was the manager! When I told him the issue I had with the food, he told me to take it up with Grub Hub and hung up on me!!I wouldn’t feed this to my dog!!!! ?

I only give a 3 star purely for the inconvenience of this location now on 4 seprat occasions. 1 not a fault of their own to a point, but the delivery service they offer thru their app, which still unfortunately reflects them. This location I have had nothing but problems with my orders between missing items and only receiving 1/4 of my order. And yesterday I placed and order thru the app and waited I was out and about and it changed from 9-12 to 1-6 min then just stayed their for over 10 min finally went inside maybe a tech error no biggie no order ready waited a min or two and clerk asked if I was waiting on an order asked for the name looked around didn't see anything went to the computer then asked to see my confirmation and informed me that unfortunately they will have to remake my order ? So I waited she handed one bag, and then a guy rushed behind her to ensure I got my full order. Unfortunately , as stated before, this has now been like the 5th error, just with this location and order on the with pickup in person or delivery with the app. But food usually is always good when we get our full order.
