This establishment has been an Old Chicago for over 30 years! Unfortunately, the newest restaurant technology has not served well for this business! Old Chicago has promoted the World Beer Tour since its inception in 1976! Current technology tracks a customers visits, dollars spent; and was able to separate the data to provide the customer with appropriate rewards! Lately as of March, the companies software has failed! Local management has tried to correct the issue. Tonight, I presented another issue to a senior bartender. The attitude was, contact sherry to get this straight! I don't know sherry from Jerry, and, if I cannot be taken care of locally, it is not worth it! The person I spoke to Tonight, could have taken care of the issue. While this person is also a trainer , the trainee has also learned that extended conversation at the bartop, supercedes care to the other customers waiting in need for their services as well! Whenever I'm asked by another customer what the place is about, I tell them to ask their server! I do not get paid to promote the business, and I don't get my earnings for my gratitude as a long time patron!

There are only a few servers I will let serve me here and only one bartender I will order drinks from. Jordan C (the tall one with the beard) is a great bartender and he is funny as heck. Taylor, or T-Mac as we call her and a few of the others that have been there awhile are the only ones I let serve me. If they aren’t working, I leave.

Everyone who has waited in us when we visit has been amazing. It's nice to see that they hire good workers that stick around. The food is also kicka**!Dietary restrictions: They offer cauliflower crust for a gluten free alternative. It's a decent size and good texture.
