The one member of staff that even spoke to me was nice otherwise it was quite and the food I was picking up was really slow to be done took way longer then I thought it should

My employee waited in line for 40 minutes to place a lunch order for our team. The online ordering website was down. After waiting 40 minutes, the cashier rudely took the order and then demanded for an ID even though our credit card clearly shows a company name. The woman refused to place the order and even implied my employee was using a stolen card. This could have been handled a lot better. 300 plus dollars gone. We will never come return.

They would always supply the best chai teas, chicken chipotle avocado melts, and autumn squash soups back in the day. I recommend that trio if you’ve been looking for a new killer combo at Panera :)

I typically don’t leave reviews but I felt compelled to today because the worker taking our order (Anthony I believe?) was just SO kind and patient with my questions and it was honestly refreshing to experience that. The meals were fantastic, as always, but I believe the employees deserve the same recognition and rating, and Anthony‘s demeanor is what made it a 5 star experience.

Many times I have come here. My order was messed up and the girl in the drive through was upset I came back for it. Rarely do I get someone in the drive thru that’s courteous, has or uses manners. I told the girl 3 or 4 times thank you this evening. I got the window shut in my face and a snarky have a good night and again the window shut in my face. The food is good. But not 50$ for 2 sandwiches and treated like garbage good. Probably will not be returning. Unfortunate, the manager has always been very kind when I’ve gone in to deliver their mail.

This place is expensive for the portion of food you get and of course drinks are charged separately and not apart of your meal. My family and I decided to try the drive through tonight since we really wanted some soup and the girl who took our order was so rude for no reason. She had the worst attitude so we just decided to take our business next door to Chick-fil-a!

I bought a chicken Chipotle, avocado 1/2 sandwich for $9. It was a 3in X 3in with bread, almost nothing in it. Not worth $2, let alone $9.
It was really cold outside, in the 20s so we decided to have soup in a bread bowl. It totally hit the spot!

The food is average. The prices way out of wack for what you're getting. My wife and I got the "pick two" which equates to a bowl of soup and a sandwich and drink. Our lunch was like 54.00. Pretty ridiculous.
